The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

The interior is filled with locally milled eastern red cedar and reclaimed barn wood. The cabin is convenient to Providence Canyon and Lake Eufaula.

Gantt Complain

Beautiful, cozy cabin on Gantt Lake, AL. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and one in the loft, along with a rollaway bed already set up. Two additional rollaway beds are located in the attic. There is no pullout sofa. 1.5 bathrooms, washer, dryer, and a fully operational kitchen. Two delightful electric heaters create a charming ambiance all year round. The cabin has a fenced in yard, gated covered porch, and a great boathouse.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS No more than 6 people allowed. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the 14+ acres this old paint booth sits on with tons of wildlife and plenty of trees.
