Beach apartment holiday rentals in Jaco

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

Fantastic and comfortable condo with views. Direct beach access with all amenities we needed. The gate guards were friendly as well and the common areas felt safe and secure. Thabks for a great stay!

Very nice place to stay on Playa Blanca

Wow! Is all I can say! This place was 10 out of 10! I have already recommended it to so many friends! The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. We were so comfortable! The patio is EVERYTHING! Oh my gosh! It’s huge and comfortable! We had the best time and will be back!

Supera las expectativas. El Apartamento está IMPECABLE, tiene muchos detalles y mucho más de lo que necesitamos en nuestras vacaciones. La ubicación es perfecta, la terraza da directamente a la piscina lo cual es bastante cómodo. Sencillamente de 10!!, nada que objetar. Leny es muy atenta, responde al momento y te soluciona rápidamente tus necesidades. Gracias Leny por tus recomendaciones y por hacer nuestra estancia muy fácil. Volvería!

Hermoso lugar, atención muy inmediata y buena.

Fantastic location, we felt safe with 24 hour security in a gated community. The grounds and pools we kept in pristine condition, the gardener was amazing, such a hard worker. The condo had everything we needed for a long stay, 5 weeks, our base for exploring Costa Rica. There were a couple of issues which were resolved in record time. Ernesto was so kind and very quick to respond to any minor issue. Easy walk to the centre of Jaco and the beautiful beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Un condominio equipado para realizar una estadía con todas las comodidades, muy cerca de todo el comercio de Jacó y de su playa, sin embargo con la tranquilidad que necesitamos las familias. Los TV no tienen cable por lo que se necesita contar con plataformas, muy usadas actualmente. Los ascensores funcionan muy bien pero tenían un protector que aumentaba el calor adentro debería quitarse o buscar mecanismos de ventilación adentro.

Michaels place is a great spot for people with families. There was a lot of space in the apartment and it’s on the first floor. The space itself was nice and clean the kitchen area was very nice space to make a meal. The grounds of the complex were very nice with a playground and a large pool. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

El lugar está súper bonito! Me encantó lo fácil que fue el acceso, la casa estaba impecable y nos encantó los diferentes espacios. Fui en familia y me gustó que tenían algunas cosas para jugar, mi hijo y yo aprovechamos el espacio para jugar tenis y futbol en el área verde junto a la piscina. La comunicación fue excelente y siempre contestaron mis preguntas. Excelente host, súper recomendado!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is new and very nice. It is just as described. The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. It is right on the main drag and walking to restaurants and shops is very easy. Also, there are always security on site who are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Excelente lugar, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados mis hijos definitivamente mueren por regresar, la atención fue maravillosa,el lugar muy cálido, limpio y muy bien equipado, el servicio prestado por el anfitrión Armando fue muy amable, respetuoso en general su trabajo es de muy alta calidad, agradezco por toda la atención y definitivamente mi familia y yo regresaremos.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful condo, we felt like royalty! Serene, up high from the hustle and bustle of Jaco, but easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants.

We had a great time at the Ocean View Los Sueños condo. The views are amazing. The community is beautiful, tons of things to do around it. Access to Several pools, private beach, restaurants and easy spot for tours to pick you up. You definitely need a car if you plan to get out of the community. My kids enjoyed watching the monkeys around the marina area. Thank you Christopher!

Chad and his team at Monaco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He sent a carpenter over to install shower bars for my mom so she wouldn’t slip the day we arrived; that’s an amazing host. Thank you so much, Chad!

My group and I loved this Airbnb. It looked just like the photos and was clean! Cleanliness is huge and makes any Airbnb way better! So we appreciated that. Check in instructions were easy and we had one of the workers readily available! This Airbnb was big enough for my group of 10 which was also a big thing for us. We even ended up having an extra bed! The workers were also super friendly and would inform us every-time our drivers had arrived to pick us up! We stayed in a total of 5 Airbnbs during our trip and If we ever return we will definitely book this Airbnb again!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

40th birthday trip for 5 guys. The condo was more than spacious. Building was secure with gated security. The property was clean with a huge pool with chairs etc. We partied for 3 days straight, probably way too loud but never received a complaint. No problems getting in/out of condo. No issues with guests. Brittany/Host was extremely helpful with anything we needed and was very responsive. 10/10
