The Šibenik Banj Beach can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Šibenik Bus Station is a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful Krka waterfalls can be reached within 10 minutes by car or public transport. Apartment has a view on gothic renaissance church St. John of the fifteenth century. Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Inspiring, romantic place with stunning views

Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view. This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
