Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jaffa, Tel Aviv-Yafo

The house is beautiful and in a great location . I wouldn’t say the sea view is fantastic - but you do see the sea . We loved the space, the design, the modernness and comfort of the living room. Kitchen was very functional. Master bed was Very comfortable but the 2 other queen beds were very hard. Marc is easy to reach and immediately responded to any issues or needs Great space for a large group and excellent location with short walks to the beach , Jaffa and many amazing restaurants. Air conditioner worked wonderfully as we had a hot and humid week and needed to come back and rest during the heat of the day. Overall an amazing stay !!

I've stayed in places throughout the neighborhood and this one stands out. It's perfect for 1 person or a couple. Liza and Martin are lovely, the space is clean and well designed, and it's on a quiet corner of a quiet neighborhood in the city. Being able to play my music from the home's sound system was a huge additional plus. And, the private patio is larger than the interior space! (If only it hadn't rained all week!) Would absolutely stay here again.

Book this PLACE, ASAP! I was staying Sheraton and another place. Loved this place. Very clean. Fast working AC. Generous host. I enjoyed this place as much as the Sheraton

The hosts were incredibly friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated the recommendations of nearby restaurants and their fast response time. Definitely plan on staying with them when I visit again

Very good apartments . And this is the second apartment of Ilon and Tom in which we stayed in Tel Aviv . There is absolutely everything you need for a short and long stay - everything is new, clean and selected with taste and love. The house has a protected room for shelter during an air raid, which can be accessed without any problems. We stayed here when there was military action and Tel Aviv was subjected to rocket attacks several times a day and night. The safe shelter is less than 10 m from the apartment. Apartments on the first floor - there is a nice enclosed courtyard with a table and sofas where it is pleasant to have breakfast . Openness, willingness to help in any situation, goodwill of the hosts adds a lot of advantages to these apartments

Dada is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The place is very cute and in the center of Tel Aviv. Lots of good restaurants places to go and not far from the beach. Definitely will come again and recommend the place to other people. We had a great stay. Thank you Dada.

We loved our stay here! The balcony was the cherry on top. Everyone felt that they had enough space and we love the neighborhood we were in. Accessible to public transportation, great area, and overall would definitely stay here again!!

I truly couldnt have asked for anything better. Marc's apartment was gorgeous with an amazing living room and deck which we got to enjoy. The location couldn't be more perfect, in the heart of the super cool Neve Tsedek neighborhood, and very close to the beach and shuk, and also to jaffa. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. Also super fast wifi, a laundry machine and amazing kitchen. Marc was so thoughtful and accommodating. One of my favorite airbnb's ive stayed at.

SImon was a brilliant host. The apartment was lovely and everything was very clear from checkin to instructions about leaving. Unfortunately we were staying in Tel Aviv when the attack on Iran took place and all flights were cancelled. Simon was very responsive and caring during this time and said we could stay as long as we needed to until we sorted out departure plans. I'm really appreciative for all his help. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem. Right in the middle of Florentin close to restaurants, cafe, public transportation, and a very pleasant 15min walk to the Tel Aviv promenade. Nechama was very responsive and made sure to solve a small issue that came up during my stay. I highly recommend!

We had a really great time staying at Ariel's place together with our two little kids (3 and 5)! The area is amazing for families, with multiple playgrounds and lots of public transport options to get to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious, and Ariel was a great host, and provided us with everything we needed. If you're planning a summer visit to TLV with your family, look no further!

Excellent comfortable and functional apartment on the edge of the flea market, close to the sea. New building with everything you need. Thoroughly enjoy our stay. Recommended.

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

So this jem of an Airbnb is in the heart of the city yet, quiet and have a beautiful garden (!), as if we are in a different location, the apartment is cozy yet spacious at the same time, and the bed is huge and so comfortable. Oshrat and Yaki were very communicative and nice. We had an issue with the blinds and when we contacted them they wanted to immediately take care of it but we said it's fine not to do it while our stay. Next time we'll be back to enjoy the garden more:-)
