Nice, clean and very comfortable apartment. Necessary amenities and transportation were relatively close by, except for restaurants. Inbal very responsive when needed, easy to deal with.

The place is exactly as described, clean, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to lively Ben Gurion boulevard and the beach but still peaceful and quiet. It‘s also close to Shufersal supermarket which is a plus. Cameron is a great host, very responsive, if you have any questions he is just a message away and is always available. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Tel Aviv. The apartment is very good located - right in the city center, but on a quiet street, 10 minutes to the coast line. The pictures of the apartment are fully consistent with reality. It is very well furnished and it has everything we needed for a long stay, all stuff is new. Viki is the great host. She is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here again

We rented this apartment as part of a wedding. The wedding ended as the whole world knows in a terrible crisis for Israel with the world. the hostess has offered us after the end of the rental period immediately to stay in the apartment for free. There were no flights and no one could leave tel aviv. It took 3 days. We aant to thank you for this generous offer and also your help in terms of bomb alert and security measures. Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. This is the perfect spot for families with kids—plenty of space, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🏡💙

בית יפהפה ובמיקום מושלם - דקה ממסעדות, חנויות יפות מכל הסוגים ומספר דקות מהחוף, ויש בו חניה! הוא מלא בחלונות גדולים ומואר ויחד עם זאת שומר על תחושת פרטיות. יש בו הרבה מאד חללים שונים שמאפשרים גם התבודדות וגם אפשרות להתכנסות. הוא נקי ומאובזר באופן מיטבי. עשינו קניות בשוק עם משלוח שהגיע תוך דקות לבית. שקד היה מסביר פנים וסופר זמין. מתאים בנוחות לששה ובאפן מאולץ יותר לשבעה או שמונה.

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

So I want to say I gave this a 5 star even with a bunch of issues and I’ll tell you why. One issue was the ac it broken a few times but everytime I messaged they replied right away and it was fixed with in a day or the same day. Again this isn’t someone’s fault it’s a machine. The second issue the pool was closed but again maintenance because of what’s going on in Israel it was easy to understand why no one would go to a pool in a roof 30 stories high with rockets flying over head. The location is great you are on the beach by one block and in the center of it all !! I legit can walk to the marina in 15 minutes. Jaffo in 15 minutes the beach in 30 seconds lol the shuk and allenby are with in a few blocks. It’s legit prime location. It has the best view from the balcony you can see the beach and the whole Tel Aviv city in a panorama view. Even with issues this is a great place and great people.

Rita is a wonderful host, and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requirements. The Spanish style house is lovely and comfortable, and very spacious, easily accommodating our party of four adults, two children and a toddler. Everything was in great working order from the air-conditioning to the WiFi - absolutely everything worked perfectly. The house is located on four levels, not too many steps inside the property, but a fair number to get onto the ground floor. The swimming pool is large and was very clean, and the children especially loved this. The area around the pool is also very nice and spacious. The house is walkable to the beach, and various restaurants.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

Nuestro viaje a Israel fue con el propósito de visitar a nuestra hija, el departamento está a distancia a pie de su casa, por lo que nos resulto muy cómodo. Cerca del departamento está el centro neurálgico de Ramat Gan, a dos minutos de caminata, uno encuentra transporte publico, bares, restaurantes, locales para hacer las compras de alimentos (no solamente supermercados), bancos, casas de cambio, y una gran variedad de locales comerciales. El entorno del barrio nos pareció muy tranquilo y amigable. El departamento en sí tiene dos habitaciones y una sala, todas con aire acondicionado, el lavadero (de gran utilidad en estadías largas como la nuestra), cocina bien equipada y baño. Recibimos el departamento en excelentes condiciones, arreglado y limpio.

We felt at home at Miri’s place, she is friendly, appartement is nice , view is stunning, she prepare water, fruit, coffee and juice wich are nice as we arrived late We will stay here again if possible

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.
