Neunkirchen is beautifully located in the Little Odenwald and borders the Neckar Valley at an altitude of 130 and 430 meters. Neunkirchen is the starting and ending point of the approximately 128-kilometer-long Neckarsteig long-distance hiking trail from the culturally significant city of Heidelberg through the Neckartal-Odenwald Nature Park to the town of Bad Wimpfen. The starting point of the hiking trail is about 500 meters from the apartment.

The 73 sqm loft is part of a small, listed, former vineyard in the middle of Kirchberg an der Murr, about 25 minutes north of Stuttgart. Idyllically located between Backnang and the Schiller city of Marbach. Living in the sawmill is CO2-neutral – thanks to a PV system, charging station for electric cars, green electricity and pellet heating. And if you want, you can also get there by S-Bahn train.

Auf zwei Ebenen bietet die Unterkunft Platz für bis zu vier Gäste: ein Doppelbett im Obergeschoss, eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich, eine kleine Küche sowie ein separates Bad mit Dusche und WC. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Das individuell gestaltete Häuschen ist ideal für alle, die das Besondere schätzen. Casa Cunningham

Unser geräumiges zweistöckiges Gästehaus befindet sich direkt in unserem Garten, ist umgeben von Rasen und Bäumen und lädt auf 43 qm mit seiner Gemütlichkeit zum Verweilen ein. Im maritim gehaltenen Kojenbett werden Kinderträume wahr und da wir selbst zwei Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) haben, stehen Sandkästen, ein Trampolin und verschiedene Fahrzeuge zum Spielen bereit. Im Gästehaus selbst ist ein WC verbaut, geduscht werden kann im eigenen airbnb Dusch/WC im Keller unseres Hauses nebenan.

In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

Cozy double room with a double bed. A table with two chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker as well as a kettle and dishes for 2 people can also be found. Access to bathroom with shower and sink directly from the room. Private toilet is directly opposite the room. A small patio is also available. The double room is in a quiet location in the countryside on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Parking is very close. We live right next door.

Small natural oasis on the outskirts of Stuttgart-Rohr/Vaihingen and yet conveniently located. The "Rohr" S-Bahn station is just 300 meters away. From there, the airport and the trade fair as well as the university can be reached in 10 minutes by S-Bahn, while the musical theater and Stuttgart city center can be reached in 20 minutes. An idyllic forest with beautiful walking paths, a playground and running tracks is only 100 meters away.

Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.
