We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great condo in the heart of Zona Romantica. I absolutely loved that the condo has two bathrooms, wraparound balcony, and is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I definitely had no trouble sleeping. The rooftop pool is also absolutely gorgeous with ocean views and has a bar. Rosario the bartender was very attentive and very friendly. Jasem and Andres were both very helpful and responsive which I really appreciated.

I love my stay. Such a nice clean place, everything is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.

Beautiful beach and great accommodations. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo has everything you need including a beach bag with snorkels and a beach blanket. We were able to snorkel everyday and downtown is less than 10 minutes away by taxi. We will definitely be back!

We were screwed out of a previous reservation and booked Armando’s place minutes before arriving. He was super responsive and flexible with us. Place was spacious, clean and right by the beach. Will book again!

We just got back from staying for a week and it had a very pleasant time. Everything was great the room was organized and everything was clean right outside at the patio there were chairs we sat there a few times after getting out of the pool which was nice to relax. Everything was perfect we had a good time and relaxing time quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am which is nice. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend and I would love to go back again.

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

I landed the day with 8 hours delay, also Diego informed me before I land that there was a power outage due to a rainstorm. He offer to refund me one night, although I didn’t know if I was able to make it to GDL during that time. I made it and book hotel before the power was back on but Diego was nice enough to let me stay for extra day. Very nice host, would stay again.

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

Sergio y su equipo son personas muy lindas amables, cordiales y atentos, hemos tenido oportunidad de hospedarnos con ellos en diferentes alojamientos y siempre es una experiencia muy grata y para nosotros es calidad garantizada, los lugares muy completos limpios entre otras cosas si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse con ellos no lo duden.

Excelente lugar para pasar tiempo en familia y relajado, el departamento es muy bonito y muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto, solo agregaria unas cazuelas de teflon. el lugar es muy limpio, ordenado, las albercas muy limpias y las areas comunes siempre limpias. regresaria sin duda alguna, la atencion de Salvador fue increible siempre al pendiente y con pronta respuesta. lo recomiendo mucho,

Aojamiento muy bien ubicado, con mucho que hacer alrededor, caminando. Amplio y con muy buenas vistas de la ciudad. La atención fue muy buena y muy rápida. Muy recomendable.!!!

Monica was a great host. It was nice and quiet place to stay. 5 min walk to the beach. Bus stop at the entrance was very convenient as Zona Romantica was a 30 min walk. Bring good walking shoes as her place is located on a steep street. A/C and hot water worked without issues. Would recommend!

La pasamos excelente! Apesar de entrar una hora tarde por problemas en la habitación, hicieron todo lo posible por resolverlo rápido e igual se agradece que nos permitieron salir más tarde en nuestro check out! La llegada está complicada, si no tienes condición física. la vista, la habitación todo muy agusto, el jacuzzi 10/10 nos encanto! Fuimos de luna de miel y fue lo mejoooor! Súper romántico, las chicas de la limpieza súper amables, la piscina y el jacuzzi del espacio compartido, súper bien también. Solo la regadera que se hace mucho charco, como recomendación pondría un trapeador en el baño.

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. We give them our highest recommendation.

El alojamiento es increíble, es una zona muy bonita y muy tranquila. La piscina tiene vistas increíbles, el espacio de la terraza es muy lindo y todo el alojamiento en general nos espantó. Volveríamos a Manzanillo solo para estar unos días en el departamento. No tuvimos la fortuna de conocer a Graham, pero Derde y Carlos fueron grandes anfitriones, siempre atentos y con mucha disposición para responder nuestras dudas.

un lugar increíble las vistas de la ciudad excelentes, la alberca en el roof demasiado cómoda lastima que llegue y el aire estaba un poco frío así que solo utilice los camastros pero todo genial un departamento muy acogedor y sumamente cómodo ya que no es una zona en la cual este concurrida.
