ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

Nicola is a great host very responsive and the house is amazing the photos doesn’t do it justice. The house keeper, chef, and Fabian the driver were all very kind and helpful .

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

Staff: Davion, George, and Maureen were outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. George always had meals perfectly timed and prepared, and handled all the planning and shopping with professional and ease. Davion was the epitome of Jamaican hospitality—warm, fun, and friendly. Maureen kept everything spotless and ready at all times. Location: The villa isn’t walkable to nearby spots, so plan to rent a car or hire a driver. We used their recommended service and had Carl, who was excellent—professional, punctual, kind, and patient. Villa: All rooms were comfortable and included en-suite bathrooms. I traveled with my 2- and 3-year-old kids, for them the property requires constant supervision with little ones due to multiple stairs, hard tile floors, open balcony railings, and a pool overhang that isn’t child-safe. They provided a pack n play which was very convenient. This house is perfect if you are traveling with older children/teens, so much to do.

Gary’s place was conveniently located to main attractions on the north east side of Jamaica. Chef Camille was excellent and with a group of seven, there was plenty of space. Highly recommend for those looking to explore tourist and non tourist experiences on that side of JamRock.

Stayed at unc Trevor place with my friends for my birthday and the stay was a 10/10! Unc Trevor was also our personal driver and took us every where we needed to go ! He also lets you book excursions through him which I book some of my Excursions through him but not all ! Where ever he takes you he will wait outside for you to finish ! He responded back to messages pretty fast and was a great overall host ! He has 3 airbnbs amenities and they all look very well kept ! Anyone of his airbnbs is a great stay

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

This is the second time I’ve brought a group to this wonderful AirBnB. Air conditioned bedrooms, great pool, walkable to Bamboo Blu, in gated community, and Robert the caretaker is awesome! This year we also did a day pass for RIU which is right next door for a boat with snorkeling to Dunns River Falls. It’s a great spot for us when we come to the St Ann’s Bay Area—- enjoy being there very much!

My group and I were quite pleased with our stay. The location is convenient, it’s secure and very peaceful. The host was very responsive and hospitable. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you again for hosting my group.

Ed's place exceeded expectations. He was warm and hospitable from the beginning. The home is lovely and suitable for a large group. Special shout-out to Queen and Gween who took care of my group in the best way. The place was always clean and the food was great. The location is about 15-20 away from the airport and downtown Montego Bay so I would recommend getting a vehicle or utilize the transportation serve offered by them. Overall, a great experience.

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

The host & co-host are responsive and incredibly helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The home is perfect for a large family getaway (we were a family of 7) or just a relaxing escape. It’s beautifully detailed, spacious, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed with a calming vibe throughout. The views are stunning both day and night, adding something special to your stay. As mentioned, the roads are Jamaican roads—but that’s all part of the experience. We felt very safe, as several safety measures are clearly in place. The home was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had basic cookware and utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals, though you’ll bring your own food as expected with most Airbnbs. The amenities provided made the stay feel comfortable, WiFi was available throughout the property. The location was peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. I highly recommend this home and would stay again!

Home was very comfy and exactly what is on the photos host is amazing she gets back same day the house has everything you need to make you feel at home this home is the home for your vacation book it if your staying in Portmore or if your traveling to Portmore won’t regret it

Very beautiful house, exactly what is posted on the profile and very clean as well. Great communication with the host, she was very quick with her responses, patient and helpful. Most difficult part of this experience was finding the location especially if you depend on GPS. I would definitely put the address of the school landmark they give and call the number given as soon as you get there and someone will help guide you to the house location. If I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We had an unforgettable stay at Catch My Drift! From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and truly special. I recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Montego Bay, My family and I stayed at the Villa in Ironshore and I can’t thank Michael and Nai enough for making the experience so incredible! From the moment we arrived, Michael was there to greet us with a warm smile and a wealth of knowledge about the area. Our itinerary was perfectly curated, balancing relaxation and adventure. mochael recommended stunning beaches where we could unwind and soak up the sun, as well as exciting excursions like snorkeling and visiting local attractions. The highlight was definitely the day trip to the famous waterfalls – it was breathtaking! Throughout our stay, Michael and Nai was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Whether it was helping us with transportation or suggesting the best spots. My family enjoyed the pool and the grill and the movie theater. Most of all the relaxing time we all spend together. Well Well Well I must say that our stay at Sweet Dreams was indeed as the name suggests - SWEET. Frank, the Super Host, provided outstanding personal attention to my family, making our trip even more memorable. The prevailing sentiment among my family members was feeling safe and at peace in this beautiful home. I highly recommend taking advantage of the chef's services at the Airbnb, as the prices at local restaurants in the tourist town are relatively high. Although the stove had only two functional burners, it did not hinder our cooking experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Stanley, who ensured that our needs were met. His attentiveness made us feel like part of the family. I wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Dreams to any traveler seeking a charming, secure, and peaceful experience. Also Zizzy was a honorable host as well.

What a fabulous house everything you needed is available kitchen and utilities.The house itself has great kerb appeal good location with Cove beach within 10 min and (Porto seco 25 min ) all rooms are spacious with good bathrooms living room plenty of seating dining room seats 10 . The kids enjoyed the on site pool sad to say no food was available maybe not enough customers for the time of year (Bar the usual beers and shorts) Off site restaurants are plentiful and within minutes. Cheryl was a GREAT host, wonderful location and had a great stay. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Kingston. This is one of the best areas in Kingston and one of the best choices for a quiet upscale location!!
