Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

We had trouble with getting the Pool code but Heath came over and handled it each time. Otherwise the home was very nice, spacious, the kitchen was perfect for us to cook and bake in and we absolutely loved the outdoor area. We were in the pool most of the time and had a fire. There are 2 large beautiful bedrooms above the barn but no bathroom so just plan accordingly. We had everything there and didn't need to leave!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Joelle’s accommodations were perfect for my team doing work in Seneca Nations. They were able to come back after a long day and said it was like a home away from home.

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is safe and cute and family friendly. The backyard was amazing for our dogs to run and play. The hosts were very quick to respond and resolve questions, and very kind. We look forward to staying here again!

This house was spacious yet cozy for our family's stay. It was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds! We appreciated the chairs on the front porch and around the fire pit to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals in and was impressively stocked with needed items which we appreciated. David, the host, is truly a super host. He communicated all necessary information prior to arrival and made everything so easy for us and anticipated any needs we would have. We highly recommend this house as a home away from home that all would enjoy!

Cozy and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to Lucille Ball Memorial Park on Lake Chautauqua. Kristyn was friendly, proactive, and accommodating. Will stay again if I'm ever back in Celoron.

We were very pleased with the Hemlock Air B&B. I cannot stress enough how clean the place was. She provided a lot of little extras in the place to make it truly feel homey. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV in the evening. Unfortunately the weather kept us from using the backyard and fire pit. We ate out so we didn't utilize the kitchen but it was nicely stocked with whatever you might need to make a meal. Fridge was spacious. Bathroom was very nice. The shower was roomy and exceptionally clean. The linens were very nice as well. It truly was like a home away from home. It's exactly what you hope for with a stay away from home. Highly recommend.

Amanda was responsive to every question I had, was willing to give recommendations to visit while we were in town. The back porch may have been one of my favorite aspects of this home. Being able to wake up and sit on the back porch and drink coffee while listening to the chickens and seeing the wild life. I would 100% stay here again. Amazing host.

Janet was a particularly good host! The place was beautiful and peaceful, tucked in off the main road, easy to get to the lake! We loved the coffee that was supplied! We needed nothing more, the place was perfect and so was the host!

Our stay at Doris's is always a great experience. We look forward to seeing you next year for our fishing trip. Her cabin is peaceful, clean and equipped with everything we need!! We will be back! My family and I have stayed in this house a few times, but this was our first since the new owners bought it.. and it this was our best stay yet! The house was even cleaner than before, stocked with more, and just a better homey feel. Plus, the kids toys were perfect for our littles. We plan to book next year!

This was our first vacation as a family in almost 20 years and it was fantastic! The house is gorgeous, so well organized and has everything one needs. It is stocked with plenty of activities and is perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking etc. Kimberly is very responsive and has done such an amazing job with this place. Excellent little cottage in great neighborhood. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and kitchen stocked for most needs. Backyard is wonderful - covered deck, great gas grill, fire pit and flora and fauna make a relaxing space to enjoy. Will be back when visiting the area. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The facilities accommodated all our needs. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and I was able to moor the boat with ease. I have little doubt we will return to the Kingfisher in the future. Great hosts!

Felt like home! Robert’s place has all the touches of a home away from home. It is spacious with many spaces to relax, and plenty of room for kids of different ages to spread out and play. The provided board games, playing cards, and a welcoming screened in sunroom made for perfect downtime. Robert was kind and proactive in reaching out to ask if we needed anything, even weeks before our trip. Definitely recommend!
