It is a beautiful studio, very well located, well equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants around and a pedestrian street with plenty of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors on this street. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvie, who was very available and gave good advice to discover the activities and beaches of the surroundings. She allowed us to arrive at the time that suited us, which greatly facilitated our installation. The apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and pleasant to live in. It offers a partial view of the sea, which adds to the charm of the stay. I highly recommend this address for a successful stay in peace.

pleasant stay at Marc's. The accommodation is furnished and decorated with taste and class. The bedding is comfortable. The accommodation is in a quiet location with the port de la guittiere accessible on foot. Excellent stay. In addition Marc is reachable and flexible so that the stay goes as well as possible. I recommend it without hesitation. However, in the description of the listing I did not understand that the master suite was not directly accessible from the house (but really not very far!!).

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We stayed at Marie Odile's with our two children. The apartment: Very beautiful, breathtaking ocean view, comfortable. It is also very well equipped. There's absolutely everything there! The residents of the building are also adorable. And then Marie Odile, a great host, who makes sure everything is going well, who checks in on you. Go ahead without hesitation! We strongly recommend and will come back back.

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, my parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. they loved everything they did and especially went to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and relaxed from their stay. That I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.
