We loved the place, a fully equipped apartment and close to everything you need. Excellently cared for apartment and unique view. It has all the details you need to stay, very easy access. It has a gym, playroom, pool, among others that can be used without any problem. Excellent Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the building. The host always responded quickly and very kindly. I highly recommend staying here.

We spent some very pleasant days. The accommodation is everything as shown and described. You quickly feel like "at home." Each space is enjoyable in its own way, from the grillboard in the background to the huge stove in the middle of the house. The area is quiet. Surely we will go again! Very comfortable house, with a well equipped kitchen. It felt very spacious and well lit. The location was lovely in our opinion. Even though it's a 30 minute walk from piriápolis center, it still has small shops nearby for your small needs. it's super quiet and close to the beach. We would only say it needs an extractor fan for the bathroom. It has a big window but it was not enough to dry it consistently. Furthermore, if you are coming from abroad, the fact that you must bring your own bedding and towels can be a small drawback. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this spot for families that want a relaxed holiday by the beach.

Javier was an excellent host, both at the entrance and exit was present through whatsap so there was no doubt. The house comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very quiet place, very green, just a few blocks from the beach. We would have loved to spend a few more days! Would come back.
