great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

When I return to Golden in the future, I will definitely try to stay at Betsy‘s place again. It is in an ideal location, walking distance to several restaurants, nightlife, and Coors brewery. It’s also a short drive to Fossil Trace golf course and Red Rock Amphitheater. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. I felt very fortunate to find such wonderful accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jack was very responsive and he provided suggestions on things to do around the area, which is perfect because it’s close to downtown! The place was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

This was the perfect place for us. A short walk to downtown restaurants and activities. Also a short walk to a grocery store. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a dedicated off-street parking spot. We were happy with everything!

What a beautiful stay for our weekend getaway in Denver. It was my family’s first time visiting a Colorado and they absolutely loved it. Having a comfy home ,made it so much better. Would def recommend staying at this location

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

great place to stay especially if you aren't spending tons of time at the home. (This is due to space alone). Location puts you close enough to Denver and arvada. Overall would recommend.

Such a great spot! Robert and Hope Samantha’s apartment is a gem, and it’s in a prime location with a ton of retail (including a King Soopers!) and restaurants within walking distance. They have done such a great job with thinking of everything you need, and the kitchen is really well stocked if you want to stay in and cook. There are so many thoughtful upgrades throughout the apartment, and they are absolutely lovely and communicative. 10/10 would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

James was friendly and accommodating throughout our rental process. He let us check in a couple hours early, which was helpful as we had an event to get ready for. Property had everything that was advertised and all rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would staqy again!

I feel like I got a fantastic deal. It was in such a cute neighborhood with lots of trees. Very pretty. And the condo was great. Very comfortable. He had turned the AC on so it was comfortable from the moment we opened the door. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Everything was very clean, like a professional comes in to take care of it. This was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn’t have been better!

This was my second stay, thank you for hosting me again! Everything was exactly as described, and the host was very communicative. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town for work.

Matt’s place was the perfect landing pad if you’re looking to go to a show at red rocks and explore other parts of Colorado. Matthew was proactive with check in and parking instructions. Home was clean, and had everything you could need for a trips.
