The 9th St Carriage House is a perfect getaway. Fantastic hosts that provided prompt communication and great recommendations. The home is very clean and cozy with easy walk ability to parks, Clear Creek trail, downtown Golden. This is a truly relaxing home. Would definitely recommend.

Great location in Arvada, near Olde Town, close access to Denver. Near open spaces. Quiet neighboorhood within an easy drive to commerce. The space is as described and photos match. Easy communication with host. I would stay here again. No issues at all.

We had a great stay. The place was even better than in the photos, beautifully decorated and clean. This place had everything we needed; lots of closet space, pack n play with sheets, booster/high chair, qtips in the bathroom. We knew this space did not have a baby gate for the top of the stairs but we moved a few small pieces of furniture and made it work. I was first concerned about the garage door going up and down impacting my 1yr old during sleep, but we only heard the door once and it was not loud at all. We most loved the walkability into downtown Golden, and being so close to Lion’s park. Great stay and we highly recommend!

Jairo and Michelle are very great hosts and helpful. The place was also very clean and had so many great amenities. They were very responsive as well. It was a great place for us, it felt like at home. Definitely worth it

Absolutely loved my stay at Jessica's place. She was so communicative ahead of and during my stay, and she even helped me relocate to one of her newer units on the property ahead of my arrival (which worked out great, as I needed a desk for wfh, and the newer unit had one). The unit itself was so incredibly nice, clean, quiet, and cozy, and I felt super safe in the neighborhood. I walked to get coffee and Thai food a couple blocks down and even over to the lake to enjoy the views a few times. Would 100% stay here again!

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

We absolutely loved staying in Lillie’s place!Excellent location and extremely cute. Easy checkin process and no issues during our stay. I would love to come back and stay for longer - highly recommend it!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and very kind as well as accommodating. The location was perfect for us seeing as we were in town for a show at red rocks as well as mission ballroom. It was nice being 15 mins from red rocks and 15 mins from downtown Denver. Only complaints are that the mattress was rather uncomfortable. If you have a bad back I would recommend another spot with a nicer mattress. Also the train track is very close but you can’t really hear it much. Overall we give the listing a 5 star rating because it was perfect for what we needed. Hopefully next time we stay here the mattress has been updated since I noticed that other guests had mentioned it in their reviews as well. The shower made up for the mattress hands down. Very nice studio for a couple looking to get away or stay a while in Denver :)

We cant say enough good things about this AirBNB. We come to Golden 2-3 times a year. This is a perfect place to stay for 2 couples. Centrally located and loaded with amenities. 5 star +

Very clean comfortable and safe. Easy to navigate to . Their Dog was very friendly and was great that she would greet us and interact with us . We usually travel with our dog and weren't able to this trip so getting so see hers was special! This lodging is very well stocked with supplies so all you need is yourselves and what food you like !

What an incredible find! We split our time between Denver and Morrison/Golden, so this stay was a perfect in-between point. The drive up is incredible - it was great to have that mountain feel while staying close to the city. A very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Daniel was a great host as well, very welcoming and helpful!

Peaceful, convenient neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Had everything we needed, plus we enjoyed the private outdoor space in the evening. Excellent host.

Theresa’s carriage house was exactly what we needed for our trip. Centrally located to the places we planned to visit, it was also within walking distance to Tennyson Street where we found good restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The carriage house itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and Theresa checked in to make sure we were taken care of. The neighborhood was lovely as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a one night stay at Layce's guesthouse. We loved the space as it was neat and clean just as we expected it to be. The house had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Layce was a responsive host. Highly recommended!

Christoper made us feel right at home-always easy to access with questions. His place is very well thought out from having shopping bags and an umbrella at the door to hair straightener and curling iron with the hair dryer. Amazing place and would stay there again when visiting Denver.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable place. The location made it easy to get to the mountains or drive to the Arvada light rail to take the train into Denver. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Julie was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Lovely! Just as described - close to everything in Golden, but felt tucked away and private! Clean and comfortable-we’ll be back!
