"Super comfy, quiet getaway"

Newly renovated lower level one bedroom unit, with a separate coded side entrance and off street parking. It has a full kitchen aside from a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and exterior gas grill. I am close to Crown Hill open space, Sloans Lake (Edgewater market + many restaurants), Morse Park, Golden, Red Rocks, Belmar outdoor shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Lightrail is nearby (with parking) and a multitude of hiking trails. 1 hour to Loveland Ski area.

Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot. My place is 23 minutes or 14 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 20 minutes or 13 miles from Dicks sporting goods Park, 7 miles from Coors Field, and 9 min or three miles to downtown Denver. I often stay in the area where Anne's home is located to visit my nearby family. The neighborhood is charming, quiet and is conveniently located near several major roads and highways. Though I travel by car, I noticed the train station is a short walk away, as are several stores and restaurants. I had easy access to all the places I like to go when I visit, including downtown Denver, the Sloan's Lake area, and many good restaurants. The Airbnb space was larger than I needed, but I was happy to have it! The bedroom I chose to sleep in (there are 2) was quiet, and dark and had a very comfortable bed! I slept great. Anne herself is very kind and gracious.

Home was comfortable and accommodated our family of 6: 4 adults & 2 pre-teens. Everyone had their own room and space. The neighborhood was quiet and short drive to our family. Chennelle was a friendly host and flexible with a last minute request for an early check-in. She is also checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well, which I appreciated. Enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I had a great stay here! The house was very nice and well kept. The location was central to a lot of attractions and destinations, a great place to call home base for a stay in the area. Outdoor space was amazing and the hot tub worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was great, definitely a fun and cozy space. All of the beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for indoor hangs. The hot tub and putting greens made it a blast to be outside as well. It is centrally located, with easy access to I70 or the light rail, as well as many restaurants and grocery stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rick’s Airbnb and would recommend it to everyone.

The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed taking walks in the park behind the house and sitting around the fire pit at night. It is in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room for 5 of us. It was just like the pictures, or maybe better. It was a short drive to Red Rocks and is centrally located between the national park and Garden of the Gods. They are about the same distance from the house but just in opposite directions. I would definitely stay here again.
