This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines!

If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Huge 1920s era house in the heart of Perry. Just a few block from downtown, this house is so much larger than it appears. It is newly renovated with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It has a formal dining room, big kitchen with seating around an island plus a table that seats 6, cozy living room, and sun room. The lot next door is also owned by us and a great place for kids to play. The home is also available for special occasions such as parties and bridal/baby showers.

A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.
