Beachfront holiday rentals in Jelsa

Margita’s place was great for us— very close to the main strip on Hvar town, but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. I spent 1 morning on the patio reading, and it was lovely. The washing machine works well. AC works well. Shower works well. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

This is a beautiful, modern and well furnished and equipped house with the most stunning view.! 7 of us stayed in the house and had the most relaxing holiday, spending most of our time lounging on the terrace, dipping into the clear waters of the Adriatic and generally enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The small village has several beach coves and is perfectly peaceful. A word of warning …….we visited late May/early June and neither of the restaurants or the shop were open. The village is not in a bus route, so a car would be a good idea if you are visiting early or late in the season. Elisha was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis and even allowing a late check out which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Très jolie petite maison, dans un coin très calme. En pleine nature, à quelques dizaines de mètre de la plage qui pendant notre séjour n’a était visité que par nous. Super accueil que nous a réservé Mario, sa petite maison est très bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Heureux d’avoir découvert l’île de Brac avec ce logement comme endroit où dormir et passé du bon temps.

Balkon Ausblick zum Meer und Sonne ☀️ den ganzen Tag satt. Das Appartement hat eben alles was man benötigt zum Leben. Wir hatten besseren Internet als Zuhause. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Petris's place. Petris is a fantastic host. The location, within a lovely community, and so close to the sea was stunning. Petris was so charming and friendly, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Such a memorable couple of days. Thank you to Petris and his family. PS. The home-made lemonade was delicious!!

Pjer’s place absolutely exceeded all expectations – it deserves more than 5 stars! We adored our stay. The garden was a lifesaver as the weather warmed up, offering the perfect shady oasis to relax in. The location is ideal: wonderfully peaceful and private, yet just steps away from everything. The nearest beach is less than a 3-minute walk, and the closest grocery store is equally convenient. Everything else you’d need is within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this gem to respectful guests looking for a serene getaway. You will absolutely LOVE it here! PS: Be prepared for delightful visits from the friendliest local cats – they added so much charm to our stay 💛

Šćedro is absolutely beautiful. We felt so grateful to have found Jasna’s Airbnb and to be able to stay here. We really enjoyed being able to walk to deserted beaches, visit the ruined monastery and spend the day on the beach right outside the apartment. Jasna was a wonderful host. The crossing from Zavala was straightforward, as was the check in and we were quickly equipped with maps of the island. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. We ate all our meals at the family’s restaurant and the food was both good value and delicious. It was simply the perfect place to relax.

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Slavimir. L'appartement était super bien équipé, les lits confortables et tout était propre. L'attention des boissons fraîches étaient les bienvenus. Everything about the house was great. However all local restaurants and bars that were walkable were shut until next year which we didn't expect. Also although their websites say the are open many supermarkets were shut on the Sunday - had we known in advance we would have bought more on the Saturday. These things aside - the house was lovely, clean and everything we wanted.

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Jure war immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber, das Bett ist super bequem! Zum Strand ist es nicht allzu weit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Der Pool war toll! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der tolle Ausblick! Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen! Vielen Dank :)

Vi var en familie på 10 personer som hadde et flott opphold i huset. Alt stod til forventningene og verten var virkelig påskrudd og imøtekommende. I midten av mai var det svært lite folk og aktiviteter i området, og alt av kiosker og barer langs stranden var stengt (bortsett fra shooko og naboen). Det var litt vel langt å gå til butikken for å handle varer og litt i overkant langt å gå til Omis. Vil tro det er mer aktivitet og muligheter i høysesongen:) Ellers er flott hus vi koste oss veldig i.

We had a wonderful stay in Makarska! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, bin bags, cleaning sprays, and a drying rack. All the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.) were high-quality and worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the couch was super cozy. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. A couple of minor improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi, at 10mbps, was a bit slow for anything beyond streaming Netflix, and a frying pan would have been a great addition to the kitchen. Also, a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so the last 100m could be challenging for those with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

This was one of the most awesome locations we have ever stayed at. It is right on the water and by right on the water I mean that the water laps your feet the moment you walk outside. It is also perfectly situated in town within walking distance of everything including the best beaches.

So pleased we choose to stay here, absolutely amazing! Right on the beach with own sunbeds and umbrella. The view from the terrace was beautiful and the area so peaceful. Bruna recommended a boat trip from Split which turned out to be a fantastic day exploring different islands in a small group. Can’t recommend Bruna’s apartment enough….we will definitely be back!

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Seit 35 Jahren haben wir viele Länder bereist. Niemals in dieser Zeit hatten wir derart hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ana und Ivan sind super liebe und nette Gastgeber und waren stets erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, das Grundstück ist riesig und der Privatstrand liegt sehr ruhig in einer Bucht. Wir haben die 15 Nächte sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub dort machen. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Klare Empfehlung ohne wenn und aber, diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Herzlichen Dank Ana und Ivan für die tolle Zeit!!

We’ve had the best time at Antonia’s place in Hvar! Clear communication and always there if we need any help or local recommendations. Beautiful, light, clean and large apartment. Great balcony with a view. A free bottle of homemade wine in the fridge was such a nice touch! Antonia went over and above to help us!!! Doing kind gestures that we have never had any host do for us before. We had the best time at this apartment and can’t wait to be back! They pick you up and drop you off when you arrive so no bags carried. Book this apartment and your time in Hvar will be perfect. Everything you can want!

Wir haben die Unterkunft Mitte September für zwei Personen und unseren Hund gebucht und der Aufenthalt war wirklich perfekt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar und man kann von der Terrasse aus den ganzen Tag über einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Küste und das Meer genießen – einfach atemberaubend! Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Für meinen Geschmack hätte sie allerdings etwas sauberer und ordentlicher sein können. Es gab ein paar kleinere Mängel, wie Flecken auf dem Teppich und den Wänden, wackelige Kommoden und Putzutensilien, die offen herumstanden und nicht verstaut waren. Die Kommunikation mit Tanja war hervorragend – sie hat immer schnell geantwortet wenn wir Fragen hatten und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ideal, um zu Fuß Restaurants und Bars zu erkunden. Für größere Einkäufe beim "Markt" würde ich allerdings ein Auto empfehlen, da es etwas steil ist. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Wohnung zum Entspannen und Genießen!

Wow! This was a special trip for my 50th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Danko was the perfect host - meeting and accompanying us to the property in person, making us feel comfortable and welcome, even providing some fresh fish he’d caught himself! He was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any messages, but otherwise left us in peace to explore and relax on our own. The house and bay are absolutely gorgeous - exactly as pictured. Decor is simple, stylish, and good quality, with the bathroom and outdoor areas being particularly lovely. We swam every day in clear, turquoise waters, amid some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Vela Luka is charming and laidback with a large supermarket (Tommy) on the edge of town which had everything we needed. I’d also highly recommend Jerolim for local souvenirs of olive oil and handmade soap. All in all, this was a dream holiday and we can’t wait to go back. Hvala, Danko! :)
