In addition to the underground parking lot of the🔸 building, there is a free parking lot next to the building. There 🔸are restaurants, convenience stores, E-Mart, and grocery stores around the property. It is an easy-to-find new building that can be reached in 5 minutes by taxi🔸 from KTX Mukho Station. 🔸Nearby tourist attractions include Cheonggok Cave, which is a 3-minute drive away, and the beautiful Mureung Valley, Chuam Chondae Rock, Lighthouse, and Nongoldam-gil, which are all within a 20-minute drive of the property. Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. Wolhwa Inn is a 35-pyeong private house stay. Yangyang, the center of surfing, was newly built in 2016 in an old inn built in 1979, located near the hippest Jukdo Beach and Population Beach. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, spacious living and dining area is composed of two to three floors, and there is a 13-pyeong terrace where you can see the sunset from the hinterland. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
