Holiday rentals with a kayak in Jerusalem

Drift away was a wonderful cottage right on the lake. Place was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views. We didn’t have the greatest weather which would have made the trip so much better, so we hope to plan a trip back soon.

We’ve stayed at Emily’s house two years in a row for our fishing tournament weekend, and it’s been perfect each time. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked—everything we needed to relax after long days on the water. Great location and plenty of space for our group. Emily is a fantastic host—responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again

The property is very nice and right on the lake with beautifulviews. The house is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We would recommend it to others.

Hard to beat a sunrise at this house! The deck and screened in porch has great chairs and great views. The host thought of everything from bug spray to easy TV use, coffee options, and a full spice rack. Everything is clean and comfortable. Nice spot!

What a beautiful location and very nice house. We didn't have any issues at all and hope we can come back in the future. The lake water was too cold for us to want to swim but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and played card games on the balcony. The weather in June is perfection, the wineries and State parks nearby were so great, and the house itself had everything we needed. Thank you so much, Kate!

This was our family’s first visit to the Finger Lakes and the magical treehouse was such a special find for our stay. It was the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comforts. We found the place to be very comfortable and inviting. We loved the close proximity to Ithaca so days could be easily split between relaxing by the lake and experiencing the fun shops and eateries downtown. A college visit to Cornell for our daughter was also a breeze thanks to the location of the house. Incredible hikes (Watkins Glen was breathtaking) and many wineries are also just minutes away. Just a note…the steps from the driveway to the house are a bit intense so I would caution those with mobility issues.

What a gorgeous place to stay. John and Brenda have an amazing space that's serene, cozy yet accessible to many sights and activities. We loved all the rustic use of repurposed wood. The mattresses were 5* very comfortable! Everything was perfect when we arrived. John and Brenda are exceedingly helpful and always available. They were at the ready to help or explain anything, responses from them were in seconds! This set of 4 retirees would not hesitate to come for a return visit, as we are frequent FLX and Ithaca visitors.

Highly recommend. The house was clean, exactly as described, comfortable for family of 5. Amazing lake view from house and only few steps to lake. Perfect place for sunset view over the lake.

This cabin was blissfully comfy and clean - we slept so incredibly well and baked tons of cookies for our potluck gathering the next day in Rochester, which was a very easy drive. Kitchen is nicer than mine at home. Evening walks by the lake for stargazing was the fabulous top up to our delightful stay. 👌👌👌

Loved the location! Even with having the max of individuals able to stay we felt comfortable. The water access was perfect and we were able to enjoy a peaceful weekend away!

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy and well appointed. We loved having our own private space to enjoy looking out at the lake on both the deck of the house and down by the water itself. So, wonderfully relaxing. We decided to make dinner ourselves one night to better enjoy our time at the house and it’s beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed including a grill in the yard. The home owner was very accessible and helpful when we had a few minor questions. The property itself was situated close enough to the town of Geneva for restaurants and the grocery store but also close to some unique wineries and breweries right nearby. (Side note: War Horse Brewery - Well worth checking out!) I would highly recommend staying at this property. We had a fantastic time. You won’t be disappointed!

The cottage was delightful to stay at. There was a binder with details about local businesses that was very helpful. The kitchen knives along with the pots and pans are very good quality. My husband is a chef and he was delighted.

The place was very clean and everything was as described. Dustin was very responsive before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had very quickly.

This property is magical and after two years of visiting, has quickly become my favorite spot in the Finger Lakes!!! The house is well appointed with all of the little details considered and executed on for guests (seasonings, food storage containers, firewood, hooks to hang your personal items in the bedrooms and bathrooms, throw blankets, etc.). As soon as you step in, you feel right at home and the lakeside fire-pit and view from the top wraparound deck are serene and beautiful spots to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. We saw herons and eagles daily from the deck and if you kayak to the nearby cove, you can enjoy more birdwatching if you love nature like us!! The lake entry is easy to get in and the landscape and property are in pristine condition. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Amazing place we rented both cottages and Frank was more then accommodating for our stay, we would like to come back yearly!

Our stay at Bear Camp was amazing. The view was fantastic, good fishing, easy to get into the lake with our kayaks, lovely porch to sit and relax and a clean, adorable cabin to stay in. What a gem. highly recommend this place and Honeoye Lake

I can’t say enough about Kathi & this cabin! She’s everything you’d want from a host - lovely, knowledgeable & gave the best tips! She was extremely accommodating, responsive & just an excellent host. The “cozy cabin” on Wells is just that & such a special place. The property is beautiful, peaceful & so inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast on the pergola overlooking the pond in the morning & relaxing by the fire at night. You could do nothing else & have the time of your life but you’re also close to lots of lakes, waterfalls, wineries & quaint towns with cute shops so there is plenty to keep you occupied should you want to keep busy. Besides being picturesque, the cabin was spotless & had all the amenities you could ever need. In fact, they even supply extra toiletries in case you forgot something & wine if you’d like to partake. Such thoughtful touches! This was a bucket list trip for us & a much needed recharge. We were sad to leave but can’t wait to go back!

This cabin was even more wonderful than we imagined! It's absolutely adorable. Lindsey & Perry put such care into furnishing, decorating, and making their guests feel welcome. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. The location was simply perfect. The lake is so peaceful and serene. We spent the days exploring and hiking in Watkins Glen and Ithaca, and spent the evenings on the dock. I can see why other reviewers have mentioned returning time & time again... I didn't want to leave!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lazy Loon Cottage! The house is super clean and charming. We loved the open layout, it was perfect for relaxing all together. We loved the outdoor area as well. The deck is beautiful and the kids loved the fire pit. The gradual shoreline was perfect for our kids. No need to worry about a steep drop off. They could just walk in the water as far as they felt comfortable. They enjoyed the kayaks very much! Adam was very responsive and we appreciated him checking in on us after a bad storm. We hope to stay again sometime! Thank you Adam and Melissa!

Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.

We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend getaway with our daughter. The backyard is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful, and we saw so much wildlife! We enjoyed using the kayaks that were provided, we kayaked all the way up to the lake! We also enjoyed having fires and watching the neighbors dog, she was goofy! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be curtains for all the windows as the sun comes up very early this time of year. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, allowed us to come a day earlier which was very nice! Would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time during our visit. The cabin was secluded and private. Great location to hit wineries and breweries for us, we were within an hour or so of everything we wanted to do(we are used to a 20-30 minute drive on a daily basis for groceries). My favorite was the seating area on the dock overlooking the lake.

The bed was very comfortable. The cabin is sweet and cozy with all that you need including fridge and coffeemaker and electric teapot. The shower was great too. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning sipping our coffee and watching the sunrise. We also took advantage of the lakefront to go kayaking one morning.
