Loft holiday rentals in Jesenice

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt auf Brac. Und das Urlaubsfeeling fing bereits auf der Anreise an. Die Kommunikation war genial und super schnell. An der Unterkunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Nachdem uns alles sehr nett gezeigt wurde, haben wir gemerkt, mit wieviel Liebe es betrieben wird. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Jeden Morgen mit Meerblick zu frühstücken war überragend!! :-) Das Apartment war super sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgerüstet. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit am Meer verbracht und durften den Grill mitbenutzen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt unglaublich schön!! Wir würden IMMER wiederkommen. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles! :-)

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Split. It was very clean, just like in the photos, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace offers a stunning sea view — a perfect spot to relax. It takes about 10–15 minutes by car to reach Split’s Old Town, which was very convenient for us. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, and there’s no elevator, so be prepared for a few stairs. The area is currently under construction, but it’s very close to the beach, and once the street renovations are finished, the neighborhood will definitely be even more enjoyable. The host was welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even better. One thing to note is that the upstairs bedroom and attic bathroom get warmer and are harder to ventilate. Overall, everything was great and I definitely recommend this apartment!

Enjoyed our stay in split, Lana did a good job providing instructions for a smooth and easy check in. Location is a 5-10 min walk to the city center and is in a good location to find stuff to do!

L’appartement est parfait, fidèle à sa description. Tina est une hôte très gentille, accueillante, souriante ! La vue du balcon est tout simplement magnifique lors des couchés de soleil (vue sur la mer) L’emplacement est bien, à 10min de marche de la mer, il y a une épicerie sur le chemin et une place privée pour une voiture.

We were traveling in from Bosnia and needed a place last minute. Vesna responded within 10 minutes. She gave us amazingly clear instructions and helped us park in her private spot and escorted us the small distance to her place. It is right between the two main streets yet still in a very small and quiet alley. The apartment is completely updated and a lot of thought went into building it. Vesna might be the sweetest host I’ve ever experienced and gave us recommendations on everything around and left us extra amenities since we had been traveling for a week. I could not recommend this place enough for anyone staying in the city, you’ll have an amazing location with an amazing host at an amazing price. Would 1000% stay at this listing again!! Vesna is very sweet! 🥰💕🙌

Very friendly host and cleaner, good communication, super clean place that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for us! It had all the amenities we needed (bonus points for the great shower) and the location was ideal - close to restaurants and shops. The ferry terminal was close and an easy walk. The owner even arranged to have us picked up from the airport and brought to the building very reasonably.

Loved the place. I wish we could have spent more time there. Loved the loft. Very spacious decor really nice and super clean!

The location was ideally located between the beach and the restaurants. It was in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the sea from both balconies. The host provided us with a map of the cycling and hiking trails, both were great. There was a supermarket nearby.

Ubytování v Ria Víla bylo skvělé. Franko nás mile přivítal, po domluvě jsme si mohli odložit zavazadla ještě před časem ubytování a vyrazit na pláž. Ubytovali jsme se ve vrchním apartmánů s terasou která byla obrovská s výhledem na západ slunce. Design apartmánů byl úžasný, vše čisté a vybavení skvělé. Pláž, obchody i restaurace, vše je hned za rohem. Mohu jen doporučit ! Rádi se zde opět vrátíme .

This was a cute little place with an amazing view and great location. The host couldn’t have been nicer / more helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Split. Everything is right on your doorstep so you can go home for little breaks in between doing things.

We had a really perfect stay at Mateo’s place. Maria who let us in was just so friendly and kind. The place was spotless and clean and comfortable. The views were so much more beautiful in real life and a very secluded beach just around the corner. The water in front of the apartment was perfect for swimming. The only thing I’d mention is that the local supermarket was closed during our stay so you might want to pick up your basic supply’s in Hvar town on arrival.

Fantastic apartment in the best location possible. Could not get any closer to the ferry, beaches and restaurants. Nina was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make my trip amazing. Would recommend this place to anybody visiting Supetar.

Wir sind unendlich froh das wir uns für diese Villa entschieden haben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das komplette Haus ist extrem sauber und hygienisch. Die Ausstattung ist Top!!! Sehr stilvoll. In der Küche ist alles zum kochen da. Es fehlt nichts an Küchenutensilien. Ivana hat sich über jedes Detail Gedanken gemacht. Sie hat uns sehr herzliche Empfangen. Hat ein Tisch mit Kalten Getränken / hausgemachten Wein und Gebäck + Obst vorbereitet. Sie ist sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch. War jederzeit für uns da. Von der Terrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Das Meer ist zu fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends haben wir das Pool immer genutzt. Dieser Ort ist zum ausruhen Perfekt. Es gibt nichts womit wir unzufrieden waren. Ich kann dieses tolle Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!! Trogir ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends ist es sehr schön da. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus. Liebe Grüße Özlem
