Wonderful location, spacious flat. Very responsive host. Wine, beer and juice , cold water on arrival . Much appreciated Everything very good. Supermarket downstairs very convenient. The steps up were worth it. Had a great stay

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

Communication with Petar was very nice and the apartment matched the description, everything was clean. We will be happy to come back :-)

Superb location beside lovely beaches. Lovely restaurant practically next door. A number of supermarkets and beach bars within easy walking distance. Apartment well equipped, comfortable and clean. We had a hire car but public transport was on the road behind. Pave (the owner) lives in the apartment next door but doesn't interfere in anyway with your stay. He kindly took us out in his boat which was so kind and enjoyable. Our favourite place was Omis (stunning) which is about 6km from the apartment. Swimming off the steps in front of the apartment and sitting in the garden looking out to sea was our favourite part of the day.

Me and my friends loved our time in Split and Josip’s place was the reason why! Absolutely stunning apartment only a 20 minute uber from Split and lovely beach a 5 minute taxi down the road. Being with my mates by the pool and BBQing was what made our holiday so enjoyable so thank you. Josip was great and made us feel very welcome - even dropped us off a few beers. Would certainly recommend and if I’m ever back in Split I know where I’ll be staying!

We stayed in an apartment in Podstrana with my family, and our experience was particularly pleasant. The welcome, the comfort of the apartment and the attention of the hosts contributed to making this stay a memorable one, where we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ana and her husband. Their hospitality, kindness and availability immediately made an excellent impression. They were very helpful, taking the time to answer our questions. The apartment is spacious, bright. Each room is designed to offer both comfort and aesthetics. The quality of the amenities as well as the attention to detail allowed us to enjoy a pleasant stay with family. The terrace and jacuzzi were a plus to our stay. It's good to relax after the various sightseeing. Thanks to Niko also for his responsiveness during our exchanges.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Mirko was always very nice and answered all my doubts, I guide me to get to the ferry on time:). The apartment has a small kitchen with a very useful refrigerator, a small dining room and ropes to hang clothes, what a great idea!. we would come by motorbike so we did not have any problem to mobilize, however if you do not have your own vehicle you should keep in mind that The lodging is 20 minutes (in cart) of split so you should check what is the best way to mobilize

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

This was a beautiful spot! Martina’s property was well taken care of with gardens and flowers. Beautiful view of Omiš. Can’t wait to visit again!

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

The house was great in a lovely little village near Omiš. Very peaceful, the outside area with hot tub was a great place to relax and unwind. Car definitely needed to get around, it was a great base for exploring the local area. Marko was a friendly and responsive host.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

I highly recommend everyone to choose this listing! The apartment looks even better than in the photos. The balcony stole our heart, a beautiful view, and plenty of space to relax. Very close to everything. Very good contact with Marina, always helpful. It was nice to spend a vacation in such a beautiful place.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Diana and her husband couldn’t be anymore helpful and the location is great little drive to anywhere on the island and the small town 2 min walk . Thanks

Perfect stay in Dugi Rat in Mireli's apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet with the beach, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Mirela is a very kind and helpful host. I would definitely recommend her apartment.
