Apartment with sea view & pool

The traditional villa is beautifully located about 700 meters from the sea on a very beautiful mountain with greenery and beautiful sea views - the outdoor pool is located behind the roof on the hill, thus offering a lot of privacy between jungle and sea, feeling a special feature. All 3 apartments with fitted kitchen, shower room and washing machine - the sun terrace on the 2nd floor has an outdoor kitchen. All the amenities are modern with good beds. Parking is available right in front of the house in the private courtyard.

Last minute! Villa for 6 with pool and Seaview!

If you are in the search for your perfect holiday location, search no more, you are on the right place. Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

Stunning home and beautiful location! I had a really relaxing stay, and loved that I was steps away from a pristine beach and could hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment was in pristine condition and offered everything I could need. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Extremely kind hosts, very helpful, welcoming, caring. The apartment was definitely cooler and nicer on hot days than outside. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the temperature didn't bother. The possibility of using a sun lounger and chairs, drinking coffee in beautiful natural circumstances overlooking the sea. Stairs leading directly to the sea. The streets were steep and narrow, but got used to it. We highly recommend this place.

Modern Studio Apt Perfect for Romantic Getaway

Staying at Ivan's is like staying at home, he's a very kind and helpful person. We arrived very late but he was still very patient to show us the apartment and did not hesitate to give us directions on where to eat and how to make the most of the area. The apartment overlooks the sea directly, literally in a minute's walk you are on the beach to relax and enjoy a nice swim on the Suhi Potok beach. Nothing to say about cleanliness that was impeccable, the kitchen is literally complete with everything, from utensils to food condiments, made me feel like I was at home. Many thanks to Ivan and above all to the very kind mother, who welcomed us by giving us vegetables, also very good, directly cultivated in their land. Check-out was very easy and he gave us a magnet as a memory, it's not for everyone! I'll definitely be back in the future!

Lovely apartment in Krilo Jesenice

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, fully furnished apartment! Although it’s not located directly in Split, that actually turned out to be a huge plus — the beaches nearby were peaceful and virtually untouched by tourists, giving us a truly relaxing experience. Plus, everything was more affordable compared to the busy city. When we did want to visit Split, it was super easy to get there by the municipal bus, which took about 40 minutes. The bus stop was just a convenient 5-minute walk from the apartment. The highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing hosts — the sweetest couple you could ask for! They went above and beyond, even making us delicious pancakes and always being available to help with food recommendations and sightseeing tips. We absolutely recommend this place 1000%! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with warm hospitality, this is it.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you

Julija was an amazing host. We checked in very late, but she was up and waiting for us. Direct access to beach and free parking right in front of the house. Excellent access to Split, Trogir and Omiš. We had an amazing 5 nights stay. Thank you :)
