Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

It is definitely a lovely place with a convenient parking space right in front of the house. The house is spacious with easy access to the city centre. The owner solves all our problems efficiently.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Lovely place to stay, easy check in and check out. Clear, accurate instructions. Zafreen responded to any messages sent quickly and was very helpful. 2 parking spots available which was great, one out the back and on street parking at the front door. Is a busy street so alittle noise from traffic but that was it really. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

My husband, two kids and I stayed at Mizan's place while visiting family and we had such a great stay. The house is just lovely and has everything you need - it's very comfortable and kid friendly. The location is convenient and close to shops. Thank you for hosting us!

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

You get what it says on the can! Great little home from home. Spotlessly clean and with all the amenities you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Already booking the next visit. Why waste time looking for anywhere else when this home ticks all the boxes? We stayed here for a weekend while taking our son back to university. The house was ideal for our needs with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. George was a great host with good communication and generously allowed us a late check out. Beds were comfy with good quality bedlinen and there was tea, coffee and biscuits which was very welcome. All in all a good Airbnb and we will stay again on the next uni run.

This property has proved to be the best Airbnb we have stayed in to day. it appeared to have had a recent new kitchen /back extension and new interior carpets fitted which all added to the comfort. The downstairs bedroom was an added bonus also for my mum who is less mobile. Little touches like a bottle of wine and the dining table set was lovely gesture. Thanks Carol 👍

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location for the team and myself who were creating a show garden border at the NEC for BBC Gardeners world live. It was a real home from home. Cosy, comfy, quiet and exceptionally clean. The space for parking three cars on the drive was ideal. The house allowed us all to have our own space to relax and socialise. Nisreen was an excellent host. The only thing we found missing were teatowels in the kitchen and maybe a towel in each bathroom in addition to our individual towels. That said, I cannot recommend this highly enough. It perfectly suited all of our needs and without a doubt we would stay again if we were to return. Thankyou ever so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
