Great house and very easy to find. Plenty of space for parking which was great given we had a large van being used for an event. Host was very responsive and sent lots of information well ahead of time to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed during the stay

A fantastic property in a great location. It was peaceful and private, and made for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Great facilities with everything you need, and a lovely garden to relax in too! Sam was an excellent host. He was responsive and provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations ahead of my stay. I highly recommend this property.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

Fantastic stay at Andrews House. Everything was as described. Such a modern feel to the house with absolutely every amenitie you could possibly think of. Beds are super comfy and we had great sleep. Short walk to local restaurants and bars. We drove to West Midlands Safari Park which was only a 25 minute drive from the house. one of the cosiest houses my wife and I have ever stayed at and we will be returning in the near future. A big thank you to Andrew who was always super responsive to answer any questions or queries we had. Made the stay a lot better. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at a house in the Midlands. You will not be disappointed!

I stayed here the night before my wedding at Wootton Park where I wanted to have a girl’s night with my bridal party. The house was the perfect place to do this, plenty of room for everyone and a unique layout to the house was ideal for us all

What an amazing little getaway! Had so much fun paddling and swimming in the lake, was amazing to have a full kitchen attached to the dome. The hottub was spotless and tucked away. Didn't find time to explore the farm but looked like lots of walking opportunities around. A good excuse to come back! Thanks for a great stay.

Put short, we didn't want to leave. It was fantastic from start to finish, Hayley was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had some fantastic treatments while staying, and fully made use of the amenities. Such a wonderful location, can't wait to hopefully return.

We had a wonderful weekend here. Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, tranquil setting with superb hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of everything from a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treats to robes, sliders and even treats for the dog! Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub. We will definitely return. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation in quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

We loved our stay here - quirky and unusual, but felt right at home! Gorgeous views. The hot tub was easy to set up with clear instructions, and enough logs to last us our stay. The natural pool was beautiful and had lovely newts and felt very calm. Check-in and out instructions were very clear, and we had all the facilities we needed.

This place really is an idyll! I was there with family for four nights and we had so much fun with the croquet, tennis, swimming, and the barbecue. The house is even bigger than it comes across from the description! There are several sitting rooms and lots of bathrooms. It felt very luxurious to have pool towels as well as those provided in the bathrooms. The garden is also beautiful, and we were surrounded by birdsong and swooping swallows. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely home from home, we're a young family with a dog and it was perfect for us! Amazing property, great value and ideal surroundings. Chris was super friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome 🙂

Gordon is a super host with great place to stay. We felt right at home. Nice place to take your dog walking along the public footpaths.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rithick the host was so amazing, very accomodating, quick to respond. We even forgot a small bag at check out but him arranging for collection was seamless. The apartment also felt like home. Thank you for your awesome service Rithick!

Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by Rebecca who showed us around the beautiful accommodation. She was very friendly & helpful. Accommodation was exactly as described & incredibly clean. We had a lovely weekend, thankyou. Would highly recommend.

Nice little place, good location. Great communication from host with specific link to directions. Would only have liked a fan and a heads up about the bathroom shower causing the room to flood due to blocked drain.
