Holiday rentals with beach access in Jezera

Jerko was a great host who gave us lots of tips for the local area. We stayed across two of his apartments for dimensions festival and it was in a great location on 20 minutes walk away. The apartments were clean and tidy and we would definitely stay again. The only things we found we were missing was an oven or a toaster as the apartments only had electric hobs but we made it work. Thanks again for a great stay Jerko!

I had a great time at KRUNO’s place , from start to finish, the approach to the apartment was quiet and so easy to get to everything , restaurants and shops etc . Definitely needed the air con as it was getting really hot . Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom , nice toiletries which saved me bringing my own, the fridge was an extra bonus . Kruno, was great with sorting a taxi to and from the airport for me and lots of recommendations. My favourite place was Kavana palace restaurant for brunch. I had a great day visiting Plitvice lakes (recommend going in the afternoon when quieter) it was breathtaking, unfortunately my second trip with wine tasting was cancelled. Also if you have a later flight look up radical storage, lots of places to store your cases for €5 I recommend KRUNO’s apartment for anyone coming to Zadar , the sea organ was 2 min walk and if you are an early riser, sitting on the steps there was so peaceful, it gets very busy at sunset .

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer wirklich wunderschönen Lage, mit Blick auf die Kornaten. Die gastgeber Familie ist sehr nett und freundlich! Alles sauber, die Matratze fand ich super bequem, wir beide - Frau und ich -, immer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Anweisungen von Enzo das Haus zu finden, waren sehr genau, wobei ich - versehentlich - den anderen, meiner Meinung nach einfacheren Weg gefunden habe, doch letztendlich sind wir zum Ziel gekommen. Es ist nämlich so: das Haus befindet sich zwischen zwei Camps, die muß man durchfahren, ich nahm den weg durch das kleinere (Camp Lasatka) denn das andere (Camp Slanica) deutlich gößer ist. Aber mit Fahrrad macht es deutlich mehr Spaß, über Slanica zu fahren! Letzten Endes verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Unterkunft kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

The place was very clean, peaceful, and exactly as shown in the photos. Damir was an amazing host, always available to help with anything we needed and full of great local recommendations and advice. Overall, we are extremely happy with our accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

Wir durften 9 Tage in der hübschen und sehr sauberen Wohnung von Jelena verbringen. Es gab genügend und vor allem intaktes Kochgeschirr. Wir haben es sehr genossen, einen eigenen Zugang zum Meer zu haben, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Abends konnte man da auch wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Die umliegenden Städte wie Rogoznica, Primosten, Trogir und Split sind schön zum bummeln und Essengehen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub bei sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern! Vielen Dank an Jelena und ihre Familie!

Nous avons passé une semaine en amoureux dans le logement Maroli Sky, Marija est vraiment adorable, à l’écoute et très réactive dès que nous avions une question ! Le logement était magnifique, parfaitement propre et la vue exceptionnelle 😍 La piscine était un vrai plus, très agréable et privée. Merci pour tout, nous recommandons vraiment ce logement 😊

Dieses wundervolle AirBnB kann man nur empfehlen - man möchte den Balkon nicht mehr verlassen - so schön ist die Aussicht und so beruhigend die Klänge der Meeresorgel. Alles ist 1a von der Ausstattung bis zur Kommunikation. Jederzeit wieder!

Diese Wohnung ist der beste Ort zur Entspannung. Es ist alles da, was man zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Dank der Klimaanlage haben wir auch die wirklich heißen Tage und Nächte gut überstanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr sauber. Die Tatsache, dass man in unter 30 Sekunden am Wasser ist, ist einfach nur traumhaft. In zwei Minuten ist man am Hafen, wo das Leben in Betina stattfindet. Zum Haus selber kommt man nur zu Fuß, weshalb es herrlich ruhig ist. Das beste ist aber eindeutig Krunoslavs Familie. So herzlich wurden wir noch nie begrüßt und sich auch während des Aufenthalts um uns gekümmert, sehr sehr herzlich! Wir kommen wieder!

Antonio’s place was an airy, spacious, contemporary villa, with pool, just as described. Well-equipped throughout with a purpose built barbecue. Jadrija itself is a charming quiet holiday village, where Croatians go - there were mostly locals when we went. Jadrija has one great restaurant and three small but perfect beachfront cafes for coffee, sunset drinks and doughnuts. Everyone was super friendly. The sea is crystal clear and though the coast is rocky, there are many easy swimming and sunbathing spots - beach shoes are a must though for the pebbles. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive away in Vodice, though there are also supermarkets close by in Šibenik. Šibenik is a beautiful historic town, and Vodice is a pleasant resort town with many restaurants and great seafood options. Krka national park is a must. All places are within 10-40 mins drive from Antonio’s place. A fantastic holiday base, highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

This apartment is so so beautiful, it was perfect in every single way. Great location, modern, clean, black out curtains, balcony, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, it has everything you could possibly want in an apartment that size. I would 1000% stay again.

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen im Fischerhaus La Pineta verbracht. Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche und Einkäufe haben wir ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad erledigt. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist ausreichend, man kann ja anschließend wieder in den schönen Garten gehen. Vereinzelt haben die lauten Boote gestört. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt eingerichtet. Der Garten ist weitläufig, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Hochwertige Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden, kein Plastik! Die großen Bäume bieten ausreichend Schatten. Eine zutrauliche Katze bewohnt das Anwesen und macht den Aufenthalt liebenswert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

To rewelacyjne miejsce, w rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Dom położony jest przy samej plaży, z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Jest niesamowicie czysty i zadbany; są 3 sypialnie z dodatkowym pokojem dziennym i przestronną kuchnią oraz dużym tarasem. Dom wyposażony w dosłownie we wszystko o czym pomyślicie. Okolica i miasteczko przepiękne - na każdym kroku można napić się przepysznej kawy, zjeść obłędne lody czy wspaniały obiad. Są też markety z "normalnymi" cenami. Polecamy zakupy w miejscowej piekarni - pieczywo i wypieki rewelacja! My byliśmy w maju i szczerze polecamy wizytę w tym okresie - plaża zupełnie pusta, mało ludzi a pogoda była przepiękna (23-25°). Cena obiektu w tym okresie też jest bardzo atrakcyjna :) Polecamy w 100%, na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy. Pozdrawiamy Cię Darija :)

we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is schoon, groot, van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonio was een fijne host en heel behulpzaam. Tijdens ons verblijf, juni 2025, werd er helaas wel gebouwd bij 2 huizen naast ons waardoor we enig overlast ondervonden. Dit zal vast snel afgerond worden.

Antón nós recebeu muito bem, explicou sobre o funcionamento na casa e nos deu dicas do que visitar aos arredores. Sempre disposto e simpático. - Vivemos dias tranquilos e deliciosos nessa casa. Quero chamar atenção para a cozinha na varanda: adorei cozinhar lá, com vista para o mar. - Como estávamos buscando tranquilidade e privacidade, acertamos em cheio. Escolhemos dias de descanso, mas também para conhecer cidades mais turísticas: visitamos Split 2x enquanto ficamos na casa (cerca de 1 hora de carro). Com certeza, umas das melhores experiências para nós no Airbnb ❤️.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Cette maison en hauteur, un peu a l'écart de Skradin est un bonheur. Certes, il faut se faire a la montée en voiture un peu raid, mais pour le reste, c'est un bonheur! L'appartement au dernier étage est magnifique, tout est bien penser avec du mobilier de qualité. La climatisation dans le salon et les chambres fait beaucoup de bien avec la forte chaleur de l'été. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
