Our stay was amazing. The apartment is open with beautiful light. Beautiful kitchen/living area, and a good sized bathroom. Rose was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. 🙂

Wonderful stay to relax & unwind after a long flight from the USA. High scale and quiet. Easy access to Terrigal (about a 3 min drive) & beaches.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Hidden Gem in Newcastle – Thoughtful, Understated, Perfect This place truly surprised me — in the best way. The space was beautiful yet understated, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. What made it unforgettable was the host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. I was greeted with beautiful complimentary drinks and felt instantly at ease. A rare gem!

Belinda’s place was perfect- adults, kids and teenagers had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for bush walks, stories and marshmallows around both fires and was so quiet! The place was everything you expected, but better. We dove straight into the welcoming gift basket, popped the wine, slipped on the slippers and got stuck into the amazing collection of board games. If you want to switch off, get the kids of ipads and television- this is your place! So much to see and do, get back to nature and be a family!!!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely Airbnb. Morgan was very nice: from the warm welcome to thoughtful little touches that made the house feel like home. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the restaurants and stores, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of heart in the stay.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed, spacious layout for our 6 and 10 year old kids. Shops, cafe's, restaurants and beach are very close by. We would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend this stay. Thanks Brittany, Sharon and Steve.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm place to stay. Thank you both!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.
