The couple, who returned to Pyeongchang from Seoul in 2024, run a restaurant and a guest house. We live on Hill 676 at the end of a village where nature is alive in Jidong-ri, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do. Hello? This is Pyeongchang-sok. The previous owner of this land built an observatory here but had to stop due to personal reasons. The village is also called Byeolcheonji Village, and when the weather is good, you can see about 500 stars. There are no houses around, let alone lights, and only we live in the mountains. There's only the sound of the wind, the sound of birds, the sound of leaves, the sound of you, the sound of me, and the sound of music. We lend you our leisure : ) We've just opened, so there's no great garden or anything to see, but We will wait while running a clean and tidy restaurant and bed and breakfast. I have records from when I decided to return to my hometown in 2023 and left home to look for land until now. I participated as the youngest member of the carpenter team and built the house together from the foundation to the carpenter's finishing. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
