Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Joué-lès-Tours

My wife, our daughter and I had a great time at this accommodation! Bernadette and her husband were very welcoming, responsive and provided useful instructions. The house is spacious, with the right furniture and nicely decorated. The top castles and many others are within 1 hour of driving. There is also an Auchan supermarket in the same village. We highly recommend the place and would gladly return given the opportunity!

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We highly recommend the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is spacious and you feel comfortable. The garden is very shady, which was perfect in the heat. Unfortunately, the street noise is a bit annoying, and the beautiful large trees cannot quite reduce it. For it was still a perfect place. William is also very friendly and helpful!

The Presbytere is in a lovely peaceful location but with good access to explore the area around Tours. As it is such an old building that has had some modernisation, there were a few things that were interesting and unexpected! The built in oven and washing machine were behind an old wooden door and the microwave in another cupboard- but all worked perfectly. If you like a place with great character and are not looking for modern and contemporary, then you’ll love this place. The front garden was sunny most of the day, so lovely for sitting out for breakfast through to dinner. Gilles was very helpful and his friend Annie, who met us to let us in, was also lovely. One last thing, if you have any mobility issues then the Presbytere is probably not suitable as access is via several quite steep stone steps from the street and parking is a few metres away from the steps.

Very quiet area with parking inside the property. The entrance with the car is a bit tight but fine. Communication was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I had everything you need. The only aspect to improve was the television, which was too small and a little outdated. In general recommended.

Michèle was a lovely host. She welcomed me in and gave me lots of suggestions of what to see in the area. She is very friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need and it has a lovely exterior.

The studio apartment of Victor and Charlotte is beautiful. It is in a strategic position, very convenient for the historic center of the city and yet very quiet. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, very clean and functional. We have cooked and there is everything you need. Coffee pods and madeleines are very welcome. What's more? If I were to return to Tours, I would like to stay here

Jessica is experienced, the instructions are clear, the accommodation is very clean and close to the TGV station. The accommodation is well arranged and everything you need is available.

Julie is a person who listens to her tenants. She takes care to write a little note. I found it super nice. Very clean apartment in a very nice old building.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Listing as described. Clean and in a great location. Fresh, which was very well contained in the high heat of the moment. Quiet, ideal for 2. Close to shops, free parking 10 min walk max. Very happy with our short stay. Julie is very responsive in her answers, efficient!

Very nice apartment, very well located close to the cathedral, shopping streets and the banks of the Loire. Quiet, no noise despite the proximity of the streets.

Laurent is a very welcoming and friendly host, the apartment is nice and consistent with the description. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center of Tours, quickly accessible on foot.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

Extremely clean, convenient, great bathroom, no limit on hot water as is often the case ;) Etc etc... In summary, perfect. Have a good stay everyone ;)

Beautiful apartment, located in a quiet residence. Easy parking. Nadine is a very nice hostess. I took good care of the cat, who apparently adopted me. I had a great stay at Nadine's, and I'll be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Stéphanie and Nicolas's. The apartment is cozy and quiet, very well located for visiting Tours without needing to take the car. We were warmly welcomed by Nicolas who took the time to advise us on the different monuments to visit and the restaurants nearby. We will be happy to come back and we highly recommend Le Ouistiti!
