Two relaxing days in a tastefully decorated apartment with wonderful views!

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Located directly facing the beach with views of the Mediteranean, this is an excellent location in Juan-les-Pins. Easy walk to restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is well-equipped and Cyril is a very efficient host.

Juan Les-Pins is my sanctuary, my escape from the frenzy of Cannes. During the festival chaos, finding the right place to return to each day was essential. Rudy’s little gem on the 4th floor of a charming building became that refuge. A 4-minute walk from the train station, a 5-minute stroll to the beach, it’s perfectly located among lively cafes, restaurants, and bars, yet offers a peaceful retreat. Everything you need is nearby—supermarket, fruit shop, pharmacy, ATM. The apartment? Exactly as Rudy described—simple, cozy, and comfortable. But the real magic is in the mornings when you open the balcony doors to the bright blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea. As for the decor, it speaks for itself in the photos. What you can’t see in the pictures is Rudy’s hospitality—always available, answering questions and handling any issue, even arranging a 4 AM taxi to the airport for me. Every time I return, I’ll make sure to come back to Rudy’s oasis in Juan Les-Pins.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Although getting in/out is a bit tricky, the place was gorgeous with beautiful views of the city

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

The room is quite clean and tidy, spacious and bright, it is a very modern apartment, everything is of a high standard, consistent with the photos.The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. However, the apartment building itself is vintage, the stairs are steep and winding, and it doesn't feel good to enter the apartment building at night.But if you don't mind these, the interior is very high standard and safe. Overall, it is a very good modern apartment, with supermarkets and bakeries nearby.

A fantastic great location with the nicest view right out in the ocean gap. Simple and cozy apartment with walking distance to everything you might want. Laura was very friendly and we appreciated the flexible check in and check out times.

Julien was a very friendly host, attentive and available. Connecting with him was a pleasure and his place was as described, with a central location.

The apartment is really as described, photos and amenities indicated above all expectations. Great location, it is attached to the beach and close to several supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is also a delightful terrace that we took advantage of a lot in the evening, because it offers a wonderful view, between lights and the beach…. The hosts are always available and very nice, I hope to return next year even for just a few days because it's really worth it! Taking a vacation with all the comforts of home, as if it were your own, was great! Also another positive note, they provided us with toilet paper and bottles of water, and other things that were very useful! Really attentive to everything! A gem of a home in every way.

Oliver's apartment is really equipped with every comfort, there is an information book with lots of tips about the area and it is in a beautiful neighborhood with restaurants, beach and supermarket nearby. The contact with Oliver was very pleasant, he responded very adequately and was very friendly. We enjoyed!

Perfect place to stay - right by the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants, but not so close that you’re affected by any noise. Dorothée was super-quick at communicating, sent all the check-in details in advance and responded to queries / requests immediately. The flat is perfect, it had a very comfortable bed, a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. It even had thoughtful touches like beach mats and a parasol for a trip to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

The stay was great 🤩 The accommodation was clean, cozy and well equipped - we felt totally comfortable. The location was great - we were able to discover a lot on foot, and the train stop is only 4 minutes away. You can get to Monaco super fast and have the opportunity to reach a sandy beach in just 2 stops. The host was very kind and the check in went smoothly. Would come back anytime!🌞🌊 Best regards,

An incredible accommodation for a romantic stay! The decoration is beautiful, the apartment is very, very clean and the hosts took care to leave small touches in the accommodation! The location is very quiet, which makes the stay even more enjoyable! Only small downside, the curtains are not sufficient and we were awakened by the light but it is a detail. This experience is really worth it!
