Holiday rentals with beach access in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. He was also helpful about the late check out since we had a late flight.I highly recommend him and his property. Thank you Kevin!

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Prima appartement ,,vlakbij station,strand (boulevard werd helaas gerenoveerd,grootste deel was opgebroken ), leuke restaurants centrum Juan-les-Pins. Wifi,airco,koffiezetapparaat +cupjes,rolluik om kamer 's nachts lekker donker en geluidloos te maken. Goed balkon ,om 's ochtends te ontbijten. Cédric is een geweldige host, erg servicegericht. Wees ons de weg om te parkeren,hielp met koffers sjouwen.Bij vragen altijd meteen reactie, gaf hulp waar nodig. Bij aankomst een fles prosecco en snacks. Op de ochtend van ons vertrek viel in de hele streek de stroom uit, gelukkig zaten we niet in de lift met de koffers,want het is op 5 hoog ;) Mensen met claustrofobie,kunnen beter met de trap, de lift is erg klein. We .hebben een fantastische week gehad , nog even het filmfestival in Cannes en de Formule 1 voorbereidingen mee gepikt .Het verblijf t is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Highly recommend this AirBnb.

Henri & Maggy’s place is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. Its location is just a few steps from the Musée Picasso, the Marché Provençal, and all that Old Town Antibes has to offer. Right on the ramparts, the view from the terrace is magnificent. Two of the nights, we cooked at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The full size washer and dryer was also put to good use during our stay. And the hosts were very helpful in answering any questions we had along the way. We really enjoyed our stay. Because the streets are closed to vehicles we did have to lug our suitcases quite a distance, so do keep that in mind.

Le logement est très propre, bien équipé, il y a absolument tout ce dont on a besoin et plus, inclus tout l'essentiel (café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, café, savons, serviettes, torchons, shampoing... bref, tout). Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Et j'ai pu séjourner avec mes 3 chiens, ce qui est pour moi déjà extraordinaire en soi. Et en plus parking gratuit sur la rue de l'appartement. Excellente expérience.

4.75 out of 5 stars. The rental has a great location in the old city center of Antibes. Good restaurants, bars, and shops are all around, but the rental was quiet and peaceful inside during my 4 night stay. Note that you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the unit. But Sebastien was kind to help carry luggage for me. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good, although the rain shower overhead was broken during my stay. But Sébastien helped me with getting a clamp so I could attach the hand wand up high. My main nitpick was that there were not good instructions in the online information for using the washer/dryer combo unit. I got the washing function to work ok, but drying was a hassle so I just hung things for air drying. If you’re going to use the washer/dryer, make sure you ask for help at check-in. Check in and check out are both in-person with old school physical keys provided for the building and apartment doors. I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

This is a beautiful little house on a gated complex within a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and about 7/8 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. Parts of the beach you have to pay to use but there is a large area which is free but with good toilets and showers free to use. There is a lovely communal pool on the site which, when we visited in early June, was always very quiet and usually we were the only people there. Lovely little garden, really well looked after. The house itself has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach mats, parasol. Maike communicated promptly and efficiently and was lovely when we met her. Highly recommend.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

En fantastiskt fin lägenhet, väldigt smakfullt inredd. Allt som du behöver finns, välutrustat kök och fint, nyrenoverat badrum. Fin balkong. Nära stränder och kommunikationer. Rekommenderar varmt.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Fantastic studio! I stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is close to the sea/train station, nice decor, clean and friendly host. There is also a lovely balcony where we had breakfast each morning. There was a small issue with the WiFi, but the host communicated well and quickly looked for a solution. I really appreciated this. I would definitely recommend this place!

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage. Il est aussi fonctionnel avec une décoration au top. On s'y s'en très bien. Et le plus plus, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses bateaux. Merci aussi à toutes les petites attentions qui nous attendaient et qui nous à éviter de courir pour faire le plein ! Nous reviendrons.
