La Volière se situe sur un promontoire rocheux, donnant sur une magnifique métairie où s’épanouissent quelques moutons. Attenant au domaine, le gîte, avec son jardin privatif, vous offrira le silence de la campagne et une vue paisible. En été, vous pourrez bénéficier d'un accès à la piscine partagée. Beaucoup de domaines viticoles autour de nous, de promenades à pied ou en vélo, de brocantes et vide-greniers selon la période, et si vous avez envie de respirer l'océan, il n'est pas loin !

Situé au sein de notre propriété viticole, vous pourrez visiter et déguster notre production. Un petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux est compris dans la réservation. Restaurant ouvert de Juin à septembre en weekend (Jeudi, Vendredi, Samedi) Un jacuzzi en supplément pour la totalité du séjour.

Maison familiale de 200 m2 composée de 5 chambres dont une est dédiée à une salle de repos et home cinema. Grand espace avec un séjour de 75 m2, 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes, rooftop, grande terrasse de 120 m2, piscine, clim ,jacuzzi ( en option) et poulailler. Nous demandons aux locataires de nourrir nos chats et nos poules qui restent à l’extérieur. Nous sommes à 15 min de st Emilion ,35 min de Bordeaux 18 min de Libourne et 2 min de Branne où vous trouverez toutes les commodités.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The Gîte is in the heart of the vineyards (St Emilion 8 km, Entre 2 Mers...) but also at the gates of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.
