Juist for relaxing

The town center is around the corner - the main beach is exactly five minutes away. I offer you a cozy attic apartment of about 40 square meters on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, from which you have a wonderful view of the harbor activity. In the living room, the couch can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom has a large bed with a continuous mattress; a travel crib for toddlers can also be set up.

Small cozy apartment

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The Elise vacation home, built in 2017, offers you 4 spacious & luxuriously furnished apartments. The house sauna offers an additional opportunity to relax. In addition, all 4 apartments are equipped with a fireplace. So, even colder days can come when you can make yourself comfortable. The practical things are also taken care of: There is a laundry room with washing machines & dryers. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as free Wi-Fi.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Vacation rental in the monument directly on the dike

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Cozy apartment for two

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Come in and feel comfortable! Just a few kilometers behind the dyke is this cozy apartment, which is modernly furnished and well equipped for a relaxing stay on the North Sea coast. The seaside resort of Bensersiel or the small town of Esens can also be reached quickly from here - the perfect place to explore beautiful East Frisia (without a spa fee).

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
