Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.
