Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

Located in a territory that witnessed the oldest civilizations, with the CUEVA NEGRA (Black Cave) and LA ERMITA de la Encarnación (Hermitage of the Incarnation) just 5 minutes from the house, scenes of Middle Paleolithic settlements and Roman times. A 10-minute drive away is the CITY of Caravaca de la Cruz, which will offer us an interesting religious, cultural, gastronomic and nature visit.

Our little house located in the heart of the Del Valle y La Sierra de Carrascoy natural park is ideal for enjoying nature or the peace of a home. You can come with your pets without the risk of them escaping, since the property is fenced. You will not forget the afternoons in our pool.

Finca Bienchen is a three-bedroomed Finca (country house) with a private infinity pool, set atop its own valley overlooking the village of Relleu, and Moorish ruins, in the Alicante region on the Costa Blanca. We have an outdoor covered dining terrace, sun terrace, open fire, BBQ (local outdoor fire restrictions permitting) & covered outdoor tables by the pool. Relleu village is a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive down the valley, Villa Joyosa is a 25-minute drive.
