Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 qm, 2 Schlafzimmer & Sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Welcome to the Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a lot of love, we have created a small refuge from an alpine hut for - up to four adults and - up to four children children. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion have been processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed and leave everyday life behind.

The cozy Bergblick vacation home is located in the first municipality of the Bregenz Forest and is the starting point for many exciting and eventful excursions. The house is perfectly suited for families and is well equipped for all needs. An ideal place to relax in the quiet surroundings or to relax by a cozy fireplace. There is a free parking space available.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
