The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

The accommodation directly on the Baltic Sea in Njurunda is something very special. Secluded and out of sight, nestled between the sea and a beautiful forest. The sauna is great, the outdoor shower is refreshing. The toilet is modern and hygienic. The friendly host showed us everything extensively and was immediately on hand for minor technical questions. We went hiking in the area every day. The nature there is really breathtakingly beautiful and varied. It really was a great stay.

Nice host couple who live right next to the cottage and a nice cottage. If you are going to stay more than 2 people, it may be good to know that the door between the living room (where the second bed is) and the bedroom lacks a door. Great that they accepted dogs!

Anita and Anders are the most wonderful hosts you could wish for - Even staying for just two nights, it felt like coming home to family! Both of them are beyond welcoming, very attentive and always responsive and helpful when we had questions. The cabin is wonderful (as is the whole site!), with direct access to the lake, we had a swim together and relaxed in the private sauna with an amanzing view of the sunset. The ammenities including the boat and kayak are great! We took a kayak trip to the island in the lake, where you can BBQ in a quiet, private spot. All that with our dog, who was welcomed with the same friendliness and openness as we were. This was hands down our best AirBnb experience ever and I can't recommend Anita, Anders and their beautiful place enough - One might even visit sweden just to go here, you won't be disappointed. We certainly will be back!
