We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Welcome to our former 18th century farmhouse in the heart of the Doubs Horloger Regional Natural Park! The farm consists of the cottage and our home in the old barn. Both parts are totally independent with each a private entrance and a private garden. The Nordic bath is reserved exclusively for the gîte. It is a typical mountain house, located in the village of Le Cret at an altitude of 1770 m, whose construction dates back to the 16th century and was used as a barn for the storage of cereals. It is a portion of a building that is part of a completely renovated complex and, as with the other housing units, the renovation took place while maintaining the original style and materials as much as possible, compatible with modern housing needs.
