Guests must bring their own bath towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels. The house must be left clean – including cleaned bedrooms, kitchen, toilets, and bathroom.

Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
