Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Jutland

An all-around wonderful place to stay! We had 4 nights with 4 nights, with hyggeline oven on the terrace and fire basket in the adjacent meadow. We have recovered very well through the tranquility and the sea. Everything was very tastefully decorated. 20 minutes away is Svendborg, a cute little town, which we enjoyed once. It was just too nice in the house for more things to do. Anne and Ulrik are excellent and likeable hosts. We'd love to come back!!

You step right into a classic western movie, with a modern touch. The cabin exudes true cowboy vibe with its powerful beams, raw wood materials, and fine details. The centerpiece of the cabin is the open fireplace. Everything contributes to the feeling of being far away from everyday life and closer to nature and the simple life. Ideal for couples, families, and small groups looking for something authentic and atmospheric. The only downside is the road close to the cabin and the sound of the cars. But if you're dreaming of an adventurous stay with character, it's a huge recommendation from here!

How nice to find a place which is even better than expectations! We were not able to take advantage of the outside facilities because of the wet weather on one day and a commitment elsewhere on the other, but we would have loved to be able to stay longer.

We were also delighted with the second visit. The house, with the beautiful view of the sea, is simply fantastic. We have taken great trips on the Vejle Fjord with the existing kayaks, observed porpoises and explored the area on foot and by car. The house has everything you need. The kitchen equipment is great and the whirlpool is also great at any time of day. We love it there and will certainly come back. Ole as a host is also very, very accommodating and super friendly in communication.

Erna's house is a beautiful and peaceful place renovated with thought and a lot of love: We were amazed by the attention to detail and immediately felt at home. Do not worry if the weather is not great: You can then use the really nice fireplace and get cozy. The view is great and we enjoyed long walks in nature and along the beach. Gunnar is a great host and looked after us very well. We are looking forward to return!

It is rare to meet very likeable people. Nicolas is one of them. A friendly, helpful, open-minded and likeable host. Now to the property: The accommodation has a great view and is in a quiet location. The only thing you hear is maybe a train. In addition, the area invites you to take great walks. The accommodation itself is clean and has all the basic amenities. We especially liked the oven, which we always turned on after our long walks. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Lovely place to stay !

I had a really nice stay in this idyllic, dreamy house in the middle of nature. Perfect for unplugging. I was particularly enthusiastic about the hostess' self-painted art. My room and the house are very lovingly furnished. Breakfast is a highlight with homemade rolls, fruit, homemade jams, etc. I felt very comfortable here with the tranquility, nature and really great hospitality!

It was the second time we were there. And it was just as good as the first time. Far out in the countryside, with beautiful nature and quiet surroundings. With helpful hosts🙂

Hi! We were in Ribe for a wedding and the location was great! It was easy to get in and communication was great! The place was very cozy with lush nature and animals that came and visited. It was very cozy. The beds were comfortable and the place was well cleaned and fresh. Nice that there was coffee, shampoo and conditioner to borrow from. Would love to stay here again!

I had wonderful days at Gesche's and immediately felt comfortable. The room is cozy and larger than expected. A wonderfully rural area for cycling. I have recovered very well!

Hans-Peter is really friendly and responsive on the app and he met me there and gave me a quick tour of the place, as well as gave me some recommendations of local amenities. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, it had everything I needed and was very clean and is clearly well-maintained. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

Arrive, feel good and dive into your vacation. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and felt like we were visiting old friends. Jytte and Michael are kind-hearted people who do everything to make you feel at home. The accommodation offers much more than an ordinary apartment. Every detail bears the loving signature of Jytte. The location is also great, as you can explore the city and the surrounding area by bike and on foot. We have rarely felt so comfortable. Thank you, Jytte and Michael!

Loved Thomas’ apartment, felt very homely and pleasant. Lovely art on the walls, comfortable bed. The second bed is a futon which was very comfortable. Great shower also. All in all, a lovely space to base yourself whilst checking out Aarhus.

Everything was just perfect. Super clean apartment. Perfect view and very fast communication with landlord Kristin. She had a lot of tips for the surrounding area. Very nice parking in the basement. Super super place and host.

Very peaceful place, perfectly matches the photos and description. Very well equipped, impeccable cleanliness. I respond quickly to messages. But it's a shame to be so close and not communicate in person with the hosts. Very happy stay, we highly recommend
