Lakeside cabin with scenic views of Rukatunturi and surrounding fells. Set in quiet and pristine Finnish nature, yet only 10 minutes (10 km) from Ruka ski center. Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), crosscountry ski &snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Ketorinne is a beautiful and peaceful place at the countryside. The house is in the village of Virkkula near by Ruka. Ketorinne is lovely place for familes with children. We have well and diversely equipped kitchen. The house has everything you need for your holiday. The garden is big. Outside there are spacious views to the Porontima Lake, mountains and to the green nature. We have free WIFI. In summer time you can book a hot tub for a different price. Price is 130€ /2 days or 180€/week.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Mökin sydän on puulämmitteinen sauna, joka tarjoaa pehmeät löylyt. Kesällä ja syksyllä käytössä saunatupa- ja rantasauna.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Cottage in the wildernes area of Ruka -Oulanka NP

Typical Finnish house, warm and bright with sauna. Unique and quiet accommodation, just 20 km from the Ruka ski area and at the gates of the Oulanka National Park which covers 290 km² of nature, boreal forests and wild rivers. Possibility of fishing, berries, mushrooms and hiking. The rent includes the use of a rowing boat. During the hunting season is also rented out to hunters.

Hienolla paikalla juuri remontoitu kompakti mökki kahdelle tarjoaa puitteet kesäiseen oleiluun. Kalaisan järven ja hiekkaisan rannan äärellä sijaitseva mökki sijaitsee myös lähellä Pientä Karhunkierrosta (10km) ja Rukakeskusta (18km). Mökissä on oma piha, ranta ja tulentekopaikka, mutta huomioithan kuitenkin, että alueella on myös muita mökkejä.
