The apartment is in the top location of East Ruka on the slope, at ground level, on the side of the slope in a sunny location. From the door straight to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but you can check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
