The apartment was great! A good size in a peaceful neighbourhood. Really easy to get into Montpellier, and beautiful park spaces nearby, too. Remi was a really accommodating host, too. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, very good value for money , a direct view of the sea, the children also loved it, we will be back as soon as possible. Beretta family.

The accommodation is much more spacious and bright than it looks in the photos. Frankly, for the price and location of the accommodation, I don't think you can easily find better value for money. As for the cleaning, the accommodation was clean, I did not notice any bad smell on my side. And it has a balcony that unfortunately cannot be seen in the medium-sized photos and is located on the court side. This is great because you can enjoy the beautiful weather in peace. The accommodation has everything you need to have a pleasant stay in complete autonomy, a washing machine, wifi, a TV with decoder and air conditioning. As for the hosts, they are really welcoming, friendly, accommodating and they respond super quickly. I wanted to arrive much earlier than the time indicated and they agreed. The accommodation is well located, at the foot of a bus stop that serves the center and a 15-minute walk from the tram. In short, I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Perfect location especially for the beach. Very close to Montpellier. Immaculately clean on arrival. Check in and check out very easy. We visited with our 1 1/2 year old and found it very suitable (we did move a few beautiful ornaments out of their reach!). We loved the balcony. We loved our stay!

Jocelyne is a very friendly, very professional, responsive and helpful person. The accommodation is very cozy, tastefully furnished, functional and very clean. The neighborhood is peaceful. In short, a perfect stay but too short, we will be back.

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Clean apartment, good location, well-equipped, quiet, and thanks to its north-facing exposure, relatively cool. Clear instructions, hassle-free stays. The only downside was my unanswered question about the possibility of dropping off my suitcase earlier.

A big thank you to Christel for her well-located, clean, quiet, very functional apartment, 2 steps from the beach. The surrounding landscape is just beautiful. We did not suffer from the heat thanks to the air conditioning. We also thank you for the sweet treats from Sète that made us happy. This week will remain a great holiday memory for us. My companion and I left from June 1 to June 7. Well-located, clean apartment. 5 minutes from the square. Restaurant Nearby shops. Parking. Everything was in place to welcome us. The host Florian, whom I did not meet, but our exchanges were very cordial and warm. Immediate response. In short, I was delighted and my companion was too. I'll be back. Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

We had a very good weekend. Apartment very well located close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.

This (too short) stay filled us with happiness. We were first very pleasantly surprised by the attentive and warm welcome from Marie, then won over by the comfort of the apartment and the garden (with pool).
