Waterfront holiday rentals in Jyväskylä

We stayed at Henna's apartment for the weekend. We received good instructions for check-in, which went well and flexibly. The apartment had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Full points for the location of the apartment: a stunningly beautiful environment and easy connections in all directions.

So far, this is the best place I've visited in Finland. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to stay here for a week. The place, the people, and their kindness made me feel completely at home.

It was so easy to stay in this apartment that you'd love to stay in the apartment later! We warmly recommend the apartment and the renter.

Fun and lovely little cottage! It was really cozy, and I enjoyed the great lake view. The sounds of traffic didn't interfere with sleeping. I could have spent more time at this cottage. It was immensely relaxing lying on the bed and looking at the lake landscape. And the morning swim right from the back door was a really lovely thing. The services were comfortably close, and the jogging trails around the lake provided a nice return in the evening. The evening lighting of the bridges was also great, and the harbor ships had atmospheric lights in the evenings. It was nice to look at these from the back door before going to bed. Nina responded quickly, and communication was really nice.

Absolutely wonderful modern cottage with all the comforts, neatly cleaned. Additional points for stylish decor! Calming and beautiful environment, very relaxing and comfortable place. The owners patiently answered several questions almost immediately. There is only one toilet in the main house, which can be a bit challenging for a larger group, but during the summer, using the additional toilet in the sauna building was effortless. All in all, a wonderful place and experience, thank you very much!

We had a child's birthday party and it was a very nice space. The beds were good for sleeping. Well equipped.

Such a cozy cabin and a beautiful view on both sides! Saw the northern lights after sauna and it was really the cherry on top. ♥️ the cabin was perfect!

Stayed at a lot of airbnbs. Kim is up there as the best host I have had. Very helpful, very friendly and welcoming. He helped us rent a car. The place itself is beautiful and a very relaxing place to stay. Natural swimming pond and sauna , perfect for our stay in Jyvaskyla

This is such a special place - we spent five peaceful nights at the cabin enjoying outdoor cooking/meals, cozy rainy mornings, kayak paddles, wildlife, sauna and swimming. It is rustic luxury and we cannot recommend it enough. We thank the hosts for such an amazing experience and sharing their beautiful place.

Family of 5, visited winter-time. Very nice cottage with four bed rooms and two toilets and good location by a small lake. It was really quiet, one neighbour cottage is quite near, but it happened to be empty. GPS didn't find the exact location and road signs could have been better, but found the place without bigger issues. Jämsänkoski skiing tracks are just 15 mins and Himos slopes 25 mins away. Lack of washing machine is not ideal but as it was known in advance we were prepared to hand-wash sports gear. Two drying cabinets were really much appreciated. Certainly considering to come back some day :)

We spent 3 nights in Janne's cottage and stayed very satisfied. Communication easy and fast, all questions and concerns were well resolved. A late check-in worked smoothly, in the house was all you need. Great surroundings, shopping and ski slopes are within walking distance or a 3-minute drive away. In the evening you could relax in the sauna and/or hot tube outside with a view of the lake, it was really great evenings after skiing! We will be happy to come back!
