Wendy was welcoming and great at communicating. The place was exactly as described and perfect for my daughter and me for our two-night stay—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location. Just across from stunning Ngunguru Bay and only a few steps from the local dairy, it couldn’t have been more convenient. Wendy was also incredibly accommodating, which we really appreciated!

Cynthia is an amazing host, she was very lovely and welcoming, the stay was amazing and exactly what we needed.

A great spot to park up with an amazing view of the coastline, the unit was clean and tidy, with a well stocked kitchen and small bathroom and bedroom, all you need for a private beach getaway.

We loved our peaceful break away. Really nice place, comfy bed, lovely hosts.

Very nice accommodation. Tastefully appointed and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Location is very quiet in rural setting. Thanks to the absence if city lights, the stargazing from the front porch was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful stay at peaceful and convenient lovely accommodation. Really felt at home with all the welcoming goodies and guides to things to do in the area. we enjoyed our stay at Frances Mary’s place. It is a handy location and walkable into town if the weather is kind. It wasn't kind for us. We loved all the little niknaks. The kitchen was well equipped. We would recommend this place for any couple wishing to stay at Whangarei.

We love getting out of the city and Raewyn's place was perfect. Waking up to fog on the lake with ducks and swans was special. Cosy and comfortable apartment. Very comfy bed. Lovely large bathroom. Yummy breakfast. Great recommendations for places to visit. A very welcoming dog too.

This place is amazing. Despite the time of year and the set up, it was so cozy. Joanna was super responsive too. The amenities were simple but more than sufficient. I also had Fleur from The Sanctuary come and do a massage and facial in the accommodation which was just great. I hope I can come back some time in the near future! Thank you so much guys for an amazing break.

Pacific Rendezvous is a great place to stay on the Tutukaka coast. It's within a short distance of the marina, restaurants, other facilities, and fabulous beaches. The resort has private beaches and lots of activities, such as tennis and a playground. The staff are friendly, warm, and accommodating of guest needs.

Truly excellent stay, Ian and Sue were lovely and the apartment so comfy and clean. We can’t wait to stay there again. Definitely do not miss the sunrise and the hidden beach!

This place was beautiful in the picture, but even more beautiful in reality. We chose this place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we are very pleased. We enjoyed a three-course dinner prepared by ourselves with a breathtaking view in the background. We didn't even think about going to a restaurant, because no restaurant offers such a milieu. The nice pool and jacuzzi in the common area added even more value. Every moment was worth staying there and the price-quality ratio is perfectly balanced. The staff was very pleasant as well. Thank you very much for playing an important role in our important day!

We and our two kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ian and Sue’s. The stunning view is to die for. Quick access to beach was amazing. Although a motel, it offers very good privacy. Very family and kids friendly. Ian and Sue are quick to communicate and Ian was very welcoming when we arrived. To top it, the place was squeaky clean and adequately equipped. We will definitely be back.
