Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

A Five-Star Gem in Goa! This was our second time staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The house is spacious, set amidst a lush garden with fruit orchards and surrounded by serene natural beauty—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. A special thanks to our wonderful host, Daryl, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Also, heartfelt gratitude to Salina ji, the caretaker, for making our stay so comfortable and smooth. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Goa. Had the pleasure of spending my birthday at this peaceful bnb, tucked away from the rains and crowds, surrounded by fruit trees. Neel and Sanya are great hosts and were very friendly and responsive. Our stay was made even more special thanks to Stella and her furry friends at the property. If you like pets, peace and quiet, this is the place to be.

Our stay in Madgaon was fantastic! Check-in was smooth and flexible, allowing us to settle in early after our morning train arrival. The place was exactly as describe, spacious, well designed, and incredibly comfortable. The living room had a cozy vibe with a balcony offering a lovely view, while the minimalist interiors made it feel like home.The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine and an extra balcony. A storeroom with extra beds and kitchen supplies added to the convenience. The bedroom featured a cozy,bed,AC,wardrobe,and another balcony. Bathrooms were clean, well-maintained, and had hot water available at all times. An outdoor terrace with a drying stand was a thoughtful addition. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a peaceful beach with two great shacks and minimal crowds. Our host, Atul, was exceptional,attentive, interactive. His hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Would definitely come back and also recommend.
