Holiday rentals with beach access in Kala Nera

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Excellent accommodation — spacious, comfortable and spotless, in a beautiful location with a nice view and absolute tranquility. Mrs. Lena's hospitality was exemplary. I highly recommend it!

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

Amazing stay with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, the room was fully equipped with everything and was incredibly quiet. We will definitely be staying again!

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

The house is just few step from the beach, the restaurant it's close also. There is a place for the car under the olives, and because of the trees there it isn't so hot, nice sea ​​breeze also. The host responds very fast, self check in.

Delightful beachfront apartment, equipped with all comforts. It enjoys an enviable location practically on the sea, in front of a public and equipped beach. The host was immediately ready to intervene when we reached out to them for a difficulty. I highly recommend it especially if you are traveling with children. Exceptional! Panos' house is located in a very pleasant green environment. The two terraces available allow you to choose your position according to the sun. The accommodation, part of a large house divided into three, is very well equipped and decorated. The village of Tsagkarada, very spread out, has typical squares and pretty taverns for dining.

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

Very nice people the hosts..very kind K always willing to help!! I was so impressed that the spaces were fully equipped especially the kitchen, which we always carry with us extra things from home😁.. But what ended our vacation was the big company we had with the families from the other two rooms in the shared yard..great nights!!! The first thing that pops into my mind when coming to write about Simos’ house is the iconic movie “A room with a view” . But here we have a house with a view. And what a beautiful view. The amazing blue sea is there in front of you wherever you look. An endless blue tranquility that gives so much peace and quiet. Spectacular ! The house had all we needed: clean towels and linen, kitchen with the necessary equipment etc’. A part from that the village is small but has everything we wanted. We found a peace of heaven on earth and we look forward to come back. Thank you Simos for this amazing experience we had in your house.

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Fabulous! A comfortable studio, decorated with care and taste, very well equipped, quiet, close to the beach - and the beautiful archaeological museum -, with a bus stop 1 min walk away, and an extraordinary terrace, with magnificent views!
