Apartment holiday rentals in Kalamata

Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία στο όμορφο, καθαρό σπίτι που τοποθετείται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία της Καλαμάτας, γεγονός που το καθιστά υπέροχη επιλογή και για το καλοκαίρι.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά 👌

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Lovely stay – the place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Great location and very comfortable throughout. Our host was responsive and helpful, making everything easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Η διαμονή μου στο σπίτι της Αφροδίτης ήταν πολυ άνετη. Στο σπίτι είχε και καφετιέρα με καφέ για ένα γρήγορο εσπρέσσο. Η είσοδος στο σπίτι ήταν εύκολη και οι οδηγίες για τη διαμονή, κατατοπιστικες. Το μπάνιο και η κουζίνα ήταν πεντακάθαρα όπως και τα κλινοσκεπασματα. Η τιμή του δωματίου είναι αντίστοιχη των παροχών. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και για αυτό το λόγο θα το προτιμούσα πάλι. Είναι απέναντι από το Πάρκο Σιδηροδρόμων όπου υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να κάνεις μια μικρή βόλτα και σε απόσταση 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Κεντρική Πλατεία της Καλαμάτας και από την παραλία και το λιμάνι. Για τις δύο μέρες που βρέθηκα στην Καλαμάτα χρησιμοποίησα ελάχιστα το αυτοκίνητο.

There are no words to describe how beautiful the view from our room was. You can enjoy the same amazing view, when relaxing or sunbathing by the pool. The room was exactly as described and shown in pictures, very clean and the mattress was super comfortable. Tèo was a great host, with excellent communication. Can’t wait to be back!

We loved staying with Aggeliki. The place was beautiful and very clean. It was close to the main square which provided us lot of options for food, shopping, and activities. The place itself had a washer which we found very helpful. Aggeliki was also very responsive helping us locate the building and check in and out. We would love to stay again!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, καλόγουστο, ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και πολύ κοντά, τόσο στο κέντρο της πόλης, όσο και στην παραλία. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε πολύ τη διαμονή μας, θα το συνιστούσαμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Very new, clean and stylish apartment with great views. High end crockery, glasses, mattress and towels etc.

We had an amazing stay at this place😍 The apartment has everything you need, and looks exactly like on the photos. The area is really nice, 2 min from the sea ❤️ with a lot of restaurants nearby. The host is responsive and ready to help :) We definitely will stay there again when visiting Kalamata🤩

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Schöne designbewusste Einrichtung und super Aussicht auf den Hafen. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und hat einige tolle Restaurants.

Είχαμε μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία διαμονής, φιλοξενιας και επικοινωνίας με τον οικοδεσπότη. Το σπιτι ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμο με μια μικρή αυλίτσα από έξω, εσωτερικά το σπιτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και φουλ εξοπλισμένο σε όλους του χώρους που κάλυπταν πλήρως τις ανάγκες σου. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ήσυχη και ιδανικη καθώς σε πεντε το πολύ λεπτά με το αμάξι βρισκόσουν στο κεντρο της Καλαμάτας. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός διακριτικός και πρόθυμος να μας λύσει οποιαδηποτε απορία είχαμε. Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σίγουρα αυτό το κατάλυμα αν βρεθώ ξανά εκεί .

We had a wonderful stay. The place was incredibly peaceful, quiet, and private, making it the perfect getaway. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Andreas and his father were exceptional hosts—very communicative and genuinely cared for us throughout our visit. The location is ideal for exploring the area, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away, along with a variety of restaurants, charming taverns, and a lovely marina nearby. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Everything was perfect, we are coming every year and love the cosy flat and perfect location - this only small thing that could be improved are the equipments in the kitchen (only 2 big forks, and pots / pans are quite old). Otherwise nothing to say really amazing for a stay in Kalamata, I recommend !

Το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο, άνετο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως το βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά σε θάλασσα, mini market, εστιατόρια (τα οποία έκαναν ακόμα και delivery). Το αστέρι βέβαια είναι η Βούλα, που μας ετοίμαζε κάθε μέρα τέλεια πρωινά και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για ό,τι και αν χρειαστήκαμε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Et perfekt sted hvis man ønsker total afslapning. En fantastisk udsigt, som man kan bruge timer på. En lidt stejl sti til en fantastisk stenstrand med det smukkeste vand. Man er ofte helt alene på stranden. Nedkørslen fra hovedvejen og ned til boligen er meget smal og man skal holde tungen lige i munden. Man skal være opmærksom på at boligen ligger mellem 2 byer, men det var faktisk ikke noget problem. Både Stoupa og Kardamyli er meget skønne byer med masser af restauranter.

Sowohl die Unterkunft, woe auch die Lage und das wunderschöne Dorf mit einer fantastischen Taverne haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Eir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kamen als Familie hier in Drosopigi zur Ruhe. Herzlichen Dank!

The location is absolutely amazing and the scenic view from the houses is magical! Our house was so clean, everything smells lovely! There were lots of small touches to make it more beautiful made by the host, communication was fantastic, hosts very responsive and helpful! Overall exceptional experience, would highly recommend!!

Great place! Walkable to everything including the Marina that had a great tavern! The apartment was big and very clean!

Agis place in Gythio was exactly what we were looking for in the most perfect location. The property is clean and tidy and very comfortable it had everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the restaurants, bars and shops are conveniently conveniently located right outside the door and the property at a very impressive view of the square and the port. One area where improvements could be made is with the showers which very low water pressure and in need of updating but it certainly made no impact on our enjoyment of our stay Agis a very helpful host and it’s always available to answer questions any time. He kindly also provided a barbecue which we had requested in advance but never got to use. I would highly recommend this property for anybody looking for accommodation in Gythio
