Everything is great! I can only agree with the other reviews. We visited our daughter while she was studying. The location and proximity to the beach are ideal.

We went to Patras for a month (in May) to work at the university, and Maria's appartment was perfect. Very comfortable, quiet, with a lovely prívate patio, good internet, and very conveniently located for us (5 minutes by bus to the university). To go into downtown Patras the bus ride takes about 1/2 hour. There are many buses running in both directions. It is important to know that the avenue where you find buses, grocery stores and places to eat is some 700 m from the house if you take a direct road, and a bit more if you wiggle, but it is a nice walk and good excercise (specially returning uphill!) The beach is about 2 km but even without a car it is possible to walk to it, and there is a public cafe/restaurant. María is a very kind and generous host, and she responds to the messages almost immediately. If there are any language differences she uses an automatic translation to communicate, so that is not a problem. We definitely recommend this place, and we hope to return some day

We had a wonderful stay! Chrysoula was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated – everything felt brand new. Our family really enjoyed the comfortable space and stylish interior. Great location too, within walking distance of the Delphi archaeological site and nice restaurants. Highly recommended!

It was all great and better than we expected. There was very beautiful decor with attention to every detail. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. Very beautiful and well cared for indoor space with beautiful garden. It has everything we needed in the kitchen. The parking space accommodated 7 vehicles with no issue. The hosts were very discreet and responsive to everything and were flexible with the check out time. The route to the center of Patras is very pleasant and you never understand you arrived

Exactly as described. Although It’s a small appartment it’s very smart arranged and nothing was missing. Extra big smart tv, morning and dine table, all needed appliances well placed, nice bed, super nice mattress, comfy pillows. Lots of sockets to charge all essential gadgets. Nice terrace with a nice view in the nearby plaza with a kiosk, coffee shop. Super market in walking distance just 2 min away. Parking is easy, as there is a public parking just 3 min walking distance in Markou Mpotsari street and a private one even closer. Best of all is the welcoming ! That is the core of this apartment:-) they make you feel like family. Very polite hosts both Mrs. Sofia the mum and Christina who I haven’t met but from the messages we’ve exchanged I am sure she’s a very caring and efficient host as she was answering any messages of mine in a matter of minutes. Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Konstantinos was excellent, his answers were quick and he served us immediately in everything we needed. The house is very clean, spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood, with comfortable parking and a supermarket for the necessities right next door. Also, for the summer months, there are several beaches quite close. We had a great time and will visit again at the first opportunity!

We hosted the apartment for a weekend and had a great time. Mr. George and Mrs. Katerina were extremely kind and made us feel like part of their family. They provided bikes for our transportation, helped us with what we needed, and gave us the BBQ to grill. Our experience was excellent, and we are grateful for their warm hospitality. We will remember these days with smiles. Thank you very much and we hope to see you again in the future!

Beautiful and large house exactly as it was in the photos… It had three large bedrooms with a double bed in each room…Large living room with fireplace and kitchen as well as vehicle parking inside the garden… All spaces had radiators that warmed the space quickly…In a nice and central spot 20 minutes from the valleys…

Apartment with elevator on the top floor in the center of Patras. There is still a small dwelling above on the roof terrace. Splendid panoramic view and very large terrace. Patras is a lively city day and night and therefore noisy. Very comfortable beds, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the rare cases of accommodation! THE EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY! Great room, great host, and Joanna! First time I arrived on my mobile phone a FULL and detailed guide for both the room (operation, etc.) and the surrounding area. He even had delivery phones! As for the room, the private pool as well as the whole space, fragrant towels, bathrobes and sheets, automation in kitchen and bathroom, with excellent taste made of the interior. Value for money and more! 5 out of 5 with tuna! Well done again!!!!

The stay was great! Clean house and Aristea was really responsive! Great area ,close to the city centre! My dog Foulis really enjoyed the stay!

Such a beautiful stay! The space was huge, we loved the upstairs veranda-we ended most nights out there looking at the sky and enjoying the peace. Aleka was the most amazing host, I was a bit nervous upon arrival regarding the location (city girl) but she took us on a quick drive to show us how close everything was. Under a 10 min walk to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, etc. The area was so beautiful, safe and authentic. Her and her husband dropped us to the station when we left which was so helpful! Special notes: -Definitely arrange for a ride from the train station if possible -the kitchen was wonderful and a grocery store (galaxy) is less than 10 min away so meals can be prepared at home too -a wonderful local taverna is just 3min away with delicious food and drink run by Kosta Overall, absolutely wonderful hosts, beautiful spacious house, lots of outdoor spaces, washing machine & drying rack was especially helpful! Thank you for making our Kiato stay so memorable!

Words are unnecessary in this home and above all for Hosts!They've noticed down to the last detail and haven't left to his fate,a lot of passion and always with a smile!
