We really enjoyed staying at Anita's. The house fully matched the description, the property is fully enclosed and is located right on the waterfront. The house was really clean on arrival and the earlier check-in worked great. The hosts were very friendly, asked at every encounter if everything was okay and responded immediately to our questions. In the immediate vicinity you will find a pebble beach which is really good for the children. Opposite the house, the ground is stony and therefore bathing shoes are recommended. We would definitely come again

The apartment is quietly located and you can reach the old town and thus the center of Zadar in a few minutes' walk. The balcony overlooks the harbor and the old town. The decor is new and it looks well maintained. Communication with the landlords is straightforward. We felt comfortable and can only recommend it.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. The modern furnishings and the very well-equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the quiet location and the less-visited beach is only about 200 m away. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Oh my goodness what a special place! We loved staying here. The porch has a brand-new shade and we were out there anytime we were not outside. Jumped in the Adriatic right at the base of the apartment, and also across the little port at the protected area. The A/C worked great - there are two units!! - and the hosts are super friendly and helpful with absolutely everything.

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We were 4 adults and 3 children in the beautiful house of Margita in Sukošan. Margita, who had prepared homemade Croatian delicacies for the reception and Zoram, who checked the pool every day and is very nice, are loving and honest people. In the house and on the entire property with pool and many relaxation possibilities, nothing was missing. Margita's excursion tips were very helpful and for all questions, there was immediately a nice answer. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back...

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Fischerhaus La Pineta. We did all our excursions, restaurant visits and shopping exclusively by bike. Access to the water is sufficient, and you can then go back to the beautiful garden. Occasionally, the loud boats disturbed us. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 2 persons. The garden is spacious, with many seating areas. High-quality garden furniture is available, no plastic! The large trees provide plenty of shade. A trusting cat inhabits the property and makes the stay lovable. The contact with the landlords was straightforward. We would gladly come back.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

great place! if you want to feel like a welcome guest - this is the place for you. I especially liked the location: between the beach and the city, everything is green, a very cozy terrace. And the house was always cool and we didn't even use the air conditioner (for me this is a huge plus). excellent kitchen with everything you need, beautiful dishes (!) and clean new sponges. and also very comfortable pillows, mattresses and a whole basket of fragrant towels 😮‍💨 Margarita and her family are very nice and welcoming people, it was a pleasure to be their guests! ❤️

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
