Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalihiwai

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

Greg’s place was absolutely incredible and I wish we stayed there way longer than what we did. The location is perfect, the place itself was perfect! His place had literally everything that we needed and don’t even get me started on the views. You get views from the front and the back. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come back to Hawaii 1000%!

We forgot to look at the AirBNB site the day before and when we got to the condo, the internet was hopeless. There was a moment of panic, but then we found the instructions and were able to get in after that. Everything else went smoothly.

I enjoyed our stay. Sometimes parking could be somewhat annoying after 8pm but we never not found a spot, sometimes it just wasn’t as close to our lodging. The place was clean and as advertised. The beach equipment was very useful!

We’ve stayed in Baby’s Beach area and Koloa before but never at Kuhio Shores. We really enjoyed location and the unit! The stove wasn’t working properly so that was a bummer as it disrupted a couple meals we planned to make but they were very responsive and came to unit to assess situation. We would stay here again.

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. The condo had everything we needed and all that you’d need to have a great beach day (snorkels, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Easy check in and free parking. The facility across the road for a pool, outdoor gym, etc., was a nice touch and something we enjoyed utilizing. 10 min walk to the beach and a cute area for dinner, we recommend Keoki’s paradise for drinks. A 5 minute walk to a great breakfast cafe, little fish. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

Great little place. I enjoyed my stay here. It is small but I knew that going in. The kitchen feels spacious and is well equipped. Thanks for the goodies and the flowers! The bed is very comfortable. It is a bit noisy early in the morning (roosters and vehicles) but I slept fine after the first night. Thank you for everything!

An incredible, private and comfortable detached Ohana in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located and walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and the ocean (beaches). We met the owners-sweet, cheery and kind people. Thank you both!! Shaka to you both!! We would definitely stay again in the future. :-) Aloha & Mahalo!!

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Great place for family gathering. Everything was well stocked and ready to go. This included a complete kitchen, towels, laundry soap and a garage full of outdoor gear. The back deck was a popular place for reading and conversation. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

My sisters and I loved this place. Ingrid is great, quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful, very close to great beaches and snorkeling. The beach is just across the street and always empty giving one the feel of having a private beach. Great views from the dining room so we often ate dinner at home after being gone for the day. Close to a great little coffee shop-The Haven. We look forward to going back!

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

Natalie’s home is the perfect place to stay and explore Kauai’s North Shore. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels like your own lush, private retreat to relax after a long day of snorkeling and paddle boarding. I can honestly say this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of attention to every detail. The care that was put into this home shows. It was more than enough space for our family of six. Every beach and activity supply we could have asked for was in the garage and in great shape. Beach umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, footballs, beach towels, straw hats, snorkeling gear, everything. We also used the bikes to cruise around the neighborhood and run to Foodland for groceries or a poke bowl. If you’re looking for the absolute best spot for home base in Princeville, this should be your place. Natalie was quick and easy to communicate with and she also has lots of helpful tips for food, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this darling home in Kapa’a, Kauai! The space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still peaceful and quiet. It was also the perfect spot for children, with a safe and cozy atmosphere that made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the island!

beautiful home in the middle of Princeville. Drivable distance to grocery store and resturants. Takes about 10-15 mins to drive to hanalei (depending on time of day). Beautiful views of the bay from the backyard. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Cute place to call home for.a few days. Will come back.

the location was excellent, quite, clean, and close to lots of activities. Our host put a small personal touch on our visit, which made the whole trip that much better!

We had a fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place! It was the perfect location to have a base for exploring the surrounding area of the North Shore. Her place was spotless and hands down the softest sheets of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll be back!

We LOVED this little place. By far, this was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The space was clean, spacious, and decorated so cute! Loved the bathroom counter space and large shower too. Our favorite was watching the sunset from the patio every single night; we made sure to be back every night because of the view! AMAZING! Also truly appreciated the beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) that saved us money from renting. Loved the hose on the back porch to spray everything off. The closet was also fully stocked with so many amenities including 2 cooler packs that we used daily. We absolutely will be back! Loved every second!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Kauai! The space was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with an island aesthetic that made us feel relaxed and at home. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to unwind after days of exploring the island. One of the highlights was how well equipped the condo was, everything from beach chairs, and towels to coolers and snorkeling gear was provided, making our beach days effortless and fun. The location was perfect for enjoying all that Kauai has to offer. Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering amazing recommendations and checking in throughout the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

This was our first time in Kauai, staying in the Princeville area and we're so happy we did! Michelle was extremely responsive with all questions before and during our stay. Our goal of the trip was hiking and exploring so this made for a great base - I felt the Poipu area would have been too busy for what we wanted. The kitchen is fully stocked, and I recommend checking in to see what is available before buying any items (oil/seasonings etc). The guest before us had left some unopened individual bars of butter which was helpful. We made our breakfasts and some lunches if we were hiking, but usually ate out for dinner. I loved the option of doing laundry during a trip, it's a definitely a nice luxury, and Michelle's unit allowed this. The neighborhood is quite quiet, we were up at 5am daily with the time zone change and basically in bed by 9-930pm nightly lol. We would love to come back to this place!

Everything was perfect at Ryan's place. Had everything there that we needed to enjoy our 5 day stay. The pool was a great way to start our vacation. Hanalei is a short 10 minute drive and has plenty of shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for all north island activities. loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay. Long drive to South Island activities but knew that going in. Condo was great for two of us as we spent most of the time out and about. Consider bringing/buying additional beach towels as it was quite an effort to keep the two provided dry between days. Would definitely recommend this spot.
