Modern cottage, calm area with good bus connection

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat controls on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Location in a habitat visited by some forty bird species which 15 regularly breeding, e.g. European Hobby, raven, various woodpeckers, terns, waterfowl and sandpiper. Occasionall visits by moose, seal, trout - and we have even had bear and reindeer in front of our cottages.

Very spacious, incredibly fresh and lovely accommodation. 10 out of 10! I slept very well my two nights even though there is noisy traffic outside (however, I always sleep with earplugs.) Close to the bus that takes you into the center and opposite is a large grocery store. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely stay here again☺️

We spent three wonderful days in the little red house, right on the Baltic Sea. It was very tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. From the bed we had a fantastic view of the snowy landscape and the frozen Baltic Sea. A small path also leads to a barrel sauna with direct views of the sea. Since the owners arrived on the last day of our stay, we were able to get to know them. They were totally warm and provided us with tips for our onward journey. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time at Wiebke's house. Everything was as indicated and you immediately feel comfortable. Even a Christmas tree was set up. The location of the house is great for doing a lot and exploring the area. The river right in front of the house is more like a lake and beautiful. All in all, highly recommended.

We spent two weeks in Sweden, including 3 days in Luleå where we celebrated my birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice than to stay here, at Ingemar's beauiful cabin. After all that traveling and staying in. hotels, it was so nice to just kick back and relax and enjoy the lovely view of the water. We grilled our meals in the little cabana, swam in the Gulf of Bothnia, and enjoyed the sauna. Our hosts thought of everything, including leaving a bottle of champagne and chocolates in the fridge to wish me a happy birthday! So sweet of them! The place itself appears to be brand new with high end appliances, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located near the airport and the town itself, it was easy to get groceries, and just a short drive to get to the UNESCO world heritage site! This is a very special place that feels very remote from all the cares of the world. Highly recommended!
